Vinyl Concepts' excellent reputation is well-deserved. It started with Art working up a quote for a project that went through a few revisions before we settled on a final design. Art's quote was one of four we got. Price was competitive, but the quality of VC's materials and their customer service (both from Art and their in-house support staff) was noticeably a cut above any of their competitors. The project involved 100' of 6' vinyl fencing with one standard gate, and two 16' rolling gates that come together to lock and form a corner. One of the sliding gates was a bit tricky, as the track was slightly sloped and the gate needed to be skewed accordingly so it'd align flush top to bottom at the corner. That corner is removable to facilitate getting a truck and trailer out of the yard. All of this was executed with total precision. Installation with Taron and Andre took three days. Impressive considering how much labor was involved, to include hand mixing and pouring what looked like dozens of bags of concrete. Taron and Andre were total pros, showing up early every day, and doing excellent work. If I ever had ideas about tackling a DIY project like this, they cured me of that! This is absolutely a job for folks who know what they're doing. Vinyl Concepts' work for us has not gone unnoticed. Several neighbors have mentioned how nice the fence looks, and one neighbor (who has a general contracting business) actually ended up working with VC to have a fence installed on his property based on our referral and seeing the quality of VC's work. Definitely recommend this company. Got this done back in June 2025 and the quality is amazing the service was amazing. One of the panels had a dent in it they swapped it out so it was clean professional work. These installers were awesome. The second time I've used Vinyl Concepts. I recently did a home renovation and replaced the picket fence. For the amount of money, I'd expect consistently excellent quality. Some of the pickets you can left up, it won't come off completely, where as the majority of the pickets are solid and can't left up. Also a cap keeps on falling off which is annoying. I'll just fix it myself with Gorilla Glue. Hopefully this isn't a bad sign for the durability of the fence. read more

Over the last couple of years my wife and I have had Vinyl Concepts come out and do some work for us. Altogether we have had them do six different projects for us and each one has been great. The first thing we had done was a fence between our front yard and our neighbors. It replaced a thick shrub that both of us got tired of looking at. It was a nice simple white picket about three to four feet tall that we all very happy with. Next was a solid white gate in the driveway that separated the front from the back. Our neighbor on the other side liked its look so she had them do hers as well. The third project was a white picket fence with two gates that would the whole front yard and would incorporate and match the first fence they did. This came out even better than we could have hoped for. The last three projects have all been started and completed within the last six months. We've had a rear and side 7' privacy fence along those two property lines, a small trellis around the garage entrance, and a 16' square pergola with lighting. So I needed my beautiful fence's back gate repaired after 7 years of soil shifting. It wouldn't close, wouldn't lock after I opened it to clear the weeds. Problem needed to be fixed pronto because I have dogs and now my yard is open to the back alley. I called 8/13, they didn't call back until 8/26. 10 business days is a really long turn around time for stuff that needs to be fixed asap. I was going to have someone else fix the gate but Edgar, the business owner, called me personally to apologize for the delay. #1: John came to our house on a Wednesday to give us ideas on what to do with a project. He said it was unusual and would have to talk to his staff on the following Tuesday to get ideas. Tuesday came and went. I called them was told that John is going to get ideas from them shortly, a WEEK later he sent a few sentences describing something which was not like ANYTHING that we told him we were interested in. What a waste of time. He did not seem to be very sharp or customer oriented. A very bad representative. #2: Today we decided to go to the shop/store and try to find someone else to talk to. We did, this man was excellent. BUT when I asked the lady, who sat against the wall to the left, if I could use their restroom, she said the restrooms are for "the employees only". I was shocked and said but I am a customer who is about to spend thousands of dollars here and you will NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THE RESTROOM??? She said YES that it is correct, it is for employees only and you can go to Ralphs grocery store, there are restrooms you can use there. She could not care less, as if they are the only vinal store in Southern California. I went back and said to the salesperson we were talking to, and he confirmed her comment, YES the bathroom is for employees only. She may be his wife, and he is afraid of her. I picked up my papers and said you just lost a customer and a sale and walked away. . If I just walked off the street and was looking like a homeless person, I could easily understand it, but I was in the store with my husband for 20 or so minutes already. We were on our way to setting up a appointment to have someone, with more sense than the first employee, to come to the house. If you decide to go there wear a diaper, this is not funny. I have NEVER heard of a business that sells expensive service and not let their customers use a bathroom. They lost THOUSANDS of dollars for the use of toilet paper and water. Our backyard fence was old and dilapidated, probably put up sometime shortly after the Spanish American war. We decided that it needed to be replaced, had received a flyer from Vinyl Concepts, and called them. John, the estimator, came out and evaluated our situation, and gave us an estimate that we thought was fair. We had our gardener remove and haul away the old fence, which was not only dilapidated, but also badly termite damaged.
