Boy, was that a good experience! Kids help their parents. I came over mom's house to notice the back door was off of its hinges. I came Yelping for a good ironworks person in the area. Ta-da! Even though there were no Yelp reviews, everyone deserves a chance. I sent pictures of the unhinged door and Freddy gave me a quote. He made an appointment and came out the next day. He called at initial arrival time and told me he had just finished another job, and was on his way. Upon arrival, he was dressed appropriately (with the company shirt on, considering my mother is wary of "dem internet strangers"), handed her a business card, and answered everything politely. We showed him the door. He suggested to change the hinges. I agreed, and he got to work. He did a super job within an hour and Mom is back to being safe! If non-responsiveness and unreliable service with expensive, rusty gates - then call Freddy. The photos speak for themselves. And this after he removed them and redid them after being installed for 2 months. They are now 11 months old and this is what they look like - rust on my new concrete walkways, rusting all over the gates - horrible. We had to constantly follow up with him - and had one excuse after another - he was sick, he had a family member pass, etc. Mind you there gates were $8200!!!!!! Completely blown away by the customer service, quality of work, and pricing. I had a couple of the feet that connect a railing to our deck that were corroded. I requested a quote via Yelp, uploded the photos and Freddy called me within the hour. He offered to come to the house the same day. He showed up when he said and assessed the issue. He let me know he needed to order a part. Called me the same day to let me know he had it and let me know he would be back the next morning to do the work. Freddy was the only one who was able to provide an estimate based off the information I provided. Not only was he prompt to reply, but he showed up to my house with 20 minutes of calling me to come take a look at my electric gate. Freddy was able to assess the situation quickly and give me an idea of what could possibly be wrong. He left to get the parts for what he thought could be possible issues. Once again Estrada's Iron works has gone above and beyond what I expect from a business to make me comfortable. Being a single woman I'm always worried about men taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. The first work I got done with Freddy he was very patient showing me designs for my front yard I didn't know any lingo or even what iron work was. He explained how everything worked and gave me some tips regarding design and colors.
