They even gave me the WiFi password. It was great until the owner "Gus", confronted me like I was a criminal about why I staying so late afterwards and then accused me of asking out one of the gym members (with worse details) which never happened and didn't believe me about my days off of work. Instead of just being normal and telling me weeks prior that I can't stay late after a workout he and presumably the other staff assumed I was watching them or something. I have a super bad social learning disorder so I'm terrible at reading social cues and at ANY moment in time they could've resolved this like professionals but instead they tried to intimidate me. Not only was I respectful to the entire the staff, I was one of the few people who respected people's privacy by not recording myself. Congratulations, you not only lost a longtime customer, now everyone knows how you treat people who don't fit into the influencer club. At least now they showed their true colors. This is what happens when things get managed by influencers. Fuck you Gus.

All the members are very friendly and welcoming. The trainers have personally worked with me in both the group exercise classes and semi personal training sessions to make sure that I am doing my exercise correctly. They analyze and adjust my diet as needed to make sure that I am eating correctly to maintain my fitness routine and achieve my fitness goals. The facility is perfect. Large and open for group classes, great outdoor space for outdoor activities (weather permitting)and plenty of parking. I have gone to the $10 or $20 per month gyms, and you do not get the personal attention that you get here. At the other guns, no one is there to make sure that you are doing your workout and/or exercises correctly. No one is there to give you nutritional advice. They don't have the personal, community atmosphere that you get here in both the group classes and strength training sessions. I highly recommend Millyard Strength and conditioning. I have lost weight and have become stronger with the help of everyone at Millyard Strength and conditioning. I have never felt better than I do today. My only regret is that I didn't join them years ago.

The members and instructors are fantastic. Management has excellent communication. When I first started taking classes here two years ago, I won't lie -- I was nervous. I was used to what I knew, dance-related workouts like Zumba and barre, so the idea of weights, rowing machines, TRX bands and battle ropes intimated me. How quickly my mind was changed by Michelle and her AMAZING team. Every class I've taken with a new (to me) instructor, he or she has made it a point to introduce themselves to me and check in to offer help, instruction, and/or modification. The FitRev team is incredibly welcoming, encouraging and motivating. The workouts are so effective and always different so you don't plateau. I am so much happier, healthier and stronger and love the variety of class offerings, including spin, boxing, barre, rowing, Bootcamp and more. I will also add that Michelle and her team have adapted beautifully to the challenges posed the the pandemic. I feel incredibly safe and cared for every time I step foot into the facility. The instructors are always incredible and motivating. Fit Rev has done an amazing job adapting with the pandemic, offering tons of live virtual classes and outdoor boot camps when the weather permitted. I spoke with…read moreAngel on the phone to discuss my goals, recovering from a multi-year shoulder injury and getting back onto the path to powerlifting, and we set up an in-person consultation. The consultation was quick and thorough and we set up a plan of action to get me back in shape to lift heavy again. It took a while but trusting Angel and the other trainers here was the best thing I have ever done. I want to say it took about 8 months of recovery based training with the semi-private training group but I no longer have the chronic shoulder pain that I first walked in with. Since coming to Boston Underground Strength Training and going through the recovery training I have competed in three powerlifting meets and have been performing better than I could ever imagined thanks to the excellent programming and coaching provided here. Without Boston Underground I would never have been able to recover from my shoulder injury and probably would have had to give up on my favorite hobby. The workouts are so unique and different every day, you can really see progress when your clothing fits better. I love absolutely every single instructor that teaches for FIT ritual, they are such genuinely nice people and really know how to make sure you are getting the best workout, while also providing modifications as needed. They get glares from me pretty frequently while they are kicking my ass, but I really do love and appreciate them, beyond any words I could ever express. I've worked out at a lot of different gyms and this really is beyond routine, nothing compares!
