The first time you meet Elizabeth and Mina you'll feel like they've been family for years! Zumba Fitness with Elizabeth is crazy intense! The funnest workout I've ever had!! She is very patient and really takes the time to make sure you're doing the moves correctly and that you're safe. I love the encouragement she gives to every single person there. She makes it seem like you're the only one in the room. Zumba Toning with Mina is what other "boot camps" can only wish they were. You get weights and dance in a single class. Be sure you take it with the Zumba Fitness and you will NOT be sorry! The Zumba Toning classes are smaller than the Zumba Fitness so you really get the one-on-one training. I love that after a year I don't think I have ever done the same work out. OTF lets you have the quick good work that gets you in and out in about an hour. I believe that the work outs also allow for friendly competition and support from follow members. There are members at all athletic level and work outs can be modified for those who need it which is great! I would and do recommend that anyone who is interested try a work out the first one is free and you will be hooked!

Worst experience I've ever had at a studio In 9 years going to Orangetheory. I was there to check…read morein 5 min before the 8:45am class start. Drove all the way from Austin and had to take an emergency call as the class started. Studio staff would not let me workout because I was on the phone passed the 5 min cut off. I have never had this happen to me. ZERO STARS and I will never return. If this was my home studio I would have cancelled right there on the spot. Check your attitude at the door when speaking to people that pay money to be at your facility.
