I've done spin classes, barbell classes, swim classes, yoga...you name it. But Travis took all that and gave me a workout that got the results I just wasn't seeing on my own. Add to that he worked around my sports injury and took 30 lbs off of me, I think I can say he knows what he is doing! I'm also easily bored and he has always kept me interested with a constant variety. I don't know how he manages to keep it fresh after a year of training, but there's always something knew. Each morning he performs the exercises that he has planned for his clients that day. He has a deep understanding of each muscle group and what type of activity is necessary to sculpt and strengthen.
