I was concerned that it may be too short of notice as the service was the next day, but I called and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that the order was received early enough to get the spray done in time and delivered to the service. He also explained that he may have to substitute some of the flowers due to availability, but the color scheme would stay close to the original spray posted on their website. I asked if they could possibly send me a picture of the completed spray and the gentleman said he's not sure they would have time to do so as they would be quite busy that day, so imagine my joy when I received this beautiful picture of the finished product and a note that it was out for delivery with plenty of time before the service. ($15 delivery fee) The customer service and value of product is above and beyond my expectations.
