I immediately notified them and they said they could redo the wrap later in the SAME WEEK. I waited 2 weeks to hear back and finally called a few times and was told they would get me in the following Wednesday. That next Wednesday I was told they could not get me in because they still had not ordered the wrap for my car. so I had the messed up wrap removed from my car that Wednesday. After removing the wrap they ruined the paint on the hood of my car. they left giant chips and cracks in my paint due to improperly removing the wrap. I CONTINUED TO WAIT 2 months. Called and texted multiple times and never got another appointment. They stopped answering after denying me a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR WRAPPING COMANY. would not recommend!!!!! They are scammers and will take your money and ruin your car!

I arrived early and was greeted by a few nice guys who went over the legality of tint and showed me the percentages. It' had been a long time since Ive had windows tinted. Before I could complete that process a gentleman was taking the car back. I picked the vehicle up later and they did a fantastic job. Just a few bubbles that's to be expected. The car looked amazing and we're happy so far. I looked for recent reviews of places and there weren't many from most businesses. So I decided to write one, hope this helps. Btw we'd been quoted a much cheaper price for ceramic by the dealer but they couldn't get to the car for a couple weeks. Wildcat got us in and done the day before Thanksgiving.

I was told by the woman helping me that my proof would be emailed to me by the middle of the next week. I generally consider Wednesday as the middle of the week, but wasn't really expecting anything until Thursday afternoon. Come Thursday, I decide to go ahead and email the woman that had helped me, just to check on it's progress, and was told that I would have it no later than the next day. I send another email on Friday checking on the progress, and never got a response. I email again Monday morning when I get back to the office, and nothing again. By the afternoon, I decide to call. The phone is answered by the woman that had been "helping" me. I told her my name, and she said she was sorry about not getting back to my email that morning. Also, apparently all of the designers were out that day, so it would be at least another day before I even heard anything on the status of my proof. The woman told me that she would personally call me in the morning after she talked to the designer who had my order. No call. I call back Tuesday afternoon and first talk to the woman, and ask her to talk to the designer, who is then very unprofessional and even rude to me, basically telling me that I'll get it when I get it. I'm still waiting on my proof. I wouldn't be so upset if they had given me a more accurate time frame, or even just been nicer about pushing it back so far. I will not be going back to Signs Now and I strongly advise against anyone else going.
