The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.

Shop called at 2:49 and said the car could be picked up at 4:00. Then they tell me have to have cashiers check to pick it up. Just a pain to do business with. STAY AWAY My advice. Haven't even seen the car yet. 3/19/24 - Went to pick up car. Polishing compound around the windows clearly visible. Spot on right rear qtr panel un-repaired. What a pain.
