Avoid a lot of trouble by not booking with Elite Limo. The price for 4 hours was $640. That isn't where I had the problem. There was some damage done to the ceiling and they charged me $1550 to repair it! 15 hours of labor @ $75 per hour so $1125 of that bill was for labor which they conveniently did in house. They completely padded the bill. Glenn the owner then sent a threatening email about taking me to small claims court and charging me even more if I didn't pay which was a day BEFORE the invoice was due. To top it off we got into a screaming match and Glenn the owner called me a b#itch multiple times in the conversation. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in all my life. I had reserved a stretch limo for my 21st birthday. We had a young driver who was a lot of fun...even though there were several intoxicated 21 year-olds. We had a lot of fun and went bar hopping around Sioux Falls. Would have given 5 stars for this experience. However, last night, I tried to repeat the same experience for my 22nd birthday using the Hummer H1 Limo. We had a different driver, who was also the owner (Glen). Glen was very rude and unprofessional. He first showed up 35 minutes late (while I sat there with 15 friends). He texted me and said he was running late. When I replied with "How long do you think?" He responded with "Unsure." It was very frustrating to sit there with this many people ready to go out and be "unsure" if we were even going to have a limo. Then, once he finally arrived he shouted the rules at us and continued to be rude for a majority of the night. He told us to "take it easy with the food," before we even opened it (it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches - already made - to ease stomachs). He firmly and loudly advised one of my friends to remove his feat from the seats. We asked him to pick us up at one bar and he replied "It's raining out." Leaving us just sitting at a bar until we decided to run into the limo and get in ourselves. At the end of the night, my parents came to pick me up and pay for the bill. Glen and I had previously talked about reducing the price since he was late, but then he told my parents the full price. My dad called him out on it for lying. We did not have to pay full price, but only because I was still sober enough to say he was late. Glen was overall rude, unprofessional, and deceiving. I will never use this limo service again! We had a great experience! We booked Elite Limousine because they had the best rates. There were 12 of us in the limousine for a birthday party, and we all had the BEST TIME! Everything was fabulous, and we were extremely happy with the service. The chauffeur was very friendly and accomodating. We had so much fun in the limo that we just drove around. We only got out a couple of times. We will definitely book again! It was a perfect night!!!! read more

The limo is junk the interior of the H1 is beat up not not well taken care of. The stereo needs work also it crackles and the sub woofers don't work. The driver was extremely rude and also when we were leaving the event we were at he picked a girl up and let her ride up front. I feel that is extremely disrespectful of the people that had paid over $400 to use the limo. Also doesn't really provide ice it's solid chunks he needed to borrow my hammer to break up the ice upon arrival at my house. When I asked the driver (who is also the owner from what he said ) what was up with the girl he picked up he replied what do you want me to do about it? I replied I would like some kind of refund and he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said it ain't going to happen. So I will continue to tell everyone I know how rude and unprofessional Elite Limousine is. So please do not use these guys I would recommend anyone else but these guys read more
