Their locksmith came out to my rental house in Bellevue. (My renter said he seemed like a subcontractor.) He was supposed to just take a look and give us an estimate. Instead, he tried fixing the lock but was unsuccessful. Then he demanded payment of $90 or would not leave. My female tenant being fearful, paid him. (She should have called the cops.) We called another locksmith, M&M Pro Locksmith, to come and that person (Justin), actually fixed it. I was more than happy to pay M&M. Then I contacted Elite to informed them of the extremely poor and unprofessional service. Got no response back from them on how they resolved the matter. Certainly didn't refund our money. Julian was wonderful. Very professional. Changed both locks and then helped to fix my garage door ( I didn't know he could do that. Then a few days later, I locked myself out...whoops! Why the 3 then? He didn't come as planned at end of day & only connected me with another employee, when I said I was going to be sure and include it in my review. Grr. read more

Very professional, clean, on time and efficient. Gadi installed a new electronic lock on my front door, re-keyed my other 4 locks and pre made 5 extra front door keys for me. He is reasonable priced, knows his locks, and able to troible shoot when a problem came up. Updated my 1987 bore hole for the lock, to the larger standard lock hole. Gadi did this all under 2 hours, including breaks. He did a great job, and I would hire him again. A big plus is Gadi is a good communicator, I knew what is be charged, he texted me pictures of the lock so I know what i was getting and he was clear on the phone on time & total price. read more

I bought a new key fob online. Of course the instructions that were given to program it did not work. I tried another place and that didn't work. My husband says call a locksmith. I did and I'm really glad that I did. I went onto this website, put in my info and within 10 minutes someone called me back. He was so nice and asked me what I needed. He said I will have someone contact you soon to service your issue. Within 10 minutes after that, I got another call from a tech checking in. He asked me for my info, gave me a timeline and was out earlier than expected. He was completely in line with protective covering when he arrived. Gave me a play by play of what he would be doing, gave me a price and said hey go relax while I do this. It did not take more than 10 minutes, I'm telling you. I got my key fob programmed, got the key code and got a key to open the truck in case I get locked out for some reason. This was a no nonsense service which was efficient, trustworthy and professional. During these times, it's really nice to get this. I would have paid so much more at a dealership for this service, believe me! read more

Be very careful when the technician gives you a quote. We recently locked our auto keys in the trunk and had need of a locksmith. When the tech arrived; he quoted us $90 but when he collected; the total was $140. Now I know that the difference cannot be sales tax in Renton. The issue we have is that the invoice is illegible. I contacted the company via e-mail and phone; but have as of yet, received no explanation even though one was promised. read more

Amazing service! I needed my locks changed immediately for security reasons. Godi came through for me on a Sunday! He arrived within one hour of my call and did a fantastic job. I wanted keys that could not be duplicated and a universal key for some locks and separate keys for others. I have a commercial building with about 20 doors. When he arrived, I was dealing with some other thing and didn't have much time for him.. Godi noted what I wanted and then got to work until the job was done. He got every specification right. Great experience all the way around. They were very straightforward and fair during the bid process (where others tried to up-sell / obscure the price), and very flexible to fit into my schedule. Arrived promptly, and even though I was being pulled in multiple directions by delivery people, were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Had 4 doors (8 cylinders) re-tooled (aka re-keyed). Gadi was the lock technician. Courteous, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to "upsell" me, and worked on my aged locks to make them safe and secure. He knew what he was doing, and did it well. Very unobtrusive in my house, and a really nice guy, too.
