Came to my house and told me you would take about 30 minutes to program the fob and cut the valet key. Alex was professional, polite and did a great job for me. My wife called when I was out of town for a door that was jammed to the garage and was charged $110 to unjam the latch. 3 days later it was jammed again so when I returned on 11/1 I called and complain about the service she got for $110. The person I spoke with was very upset that I would call to complain because he felt that the charge for the lock out repair was fair, but I think he just took advantage of a woman who was desperate to have the door fixed. I disagreed and contacted David the Locksmith in Redmond. David came out and in 30 minutes had replaced the latch assembly to the garage and the latch to the front door which was also sticking. Total cost was $106.79 with no chance of the problem coming back AND we didn't have to go buy new door handles or have any locks rekeyed like Key Doctor had told my wife that we would need to do. My wife got ripped off by Key Doctor because he didn't solve the problem! He just unjammed the door for an exorbitant rate. I would NOT recommend this service nor will I use them again.
