Staff here is always so friendly and welcoming. Also very efficient! The salon is clean too, and they now offer beverages for purchase while you get your services done. I had been going to Tony and Twan for a couple of years and stopped once life took over.. but I missed seeing them! The dishonesty was so blatant it bothered me for days. My friend and I went to get pedicures. We both opted for the standard pedicure with scrub. My technician was an older woman. Seemed friendly enough. The problem was the second tech that worked on my friend. She came to the chair and handed my friend an iPad and said: "pick a color." I asked if this was for standard polish or for gel? She said gel. My friend told her very nicely I don't want gel just a simple color. It was a very clear request. The second tech then proceeded to chat with the tech doing my pedi. She had a sour look on her face. The conversation lasted the entire session and was distracting and rude. My pedicure finished first, it was just meh. No effort put into the job. What got me is when I went to pay for both pedicures (my friend was still in her chair), the tech asked the 2nd tech how much and the price jumped $25, from $40 to $65. Why? Because she charged my friend for gel. When I questioned her about this, she said "oh, she wanted gel!" I looked at my friend and she shrugged her shoulders -- like she didn't know what happened. Apparently, when I stood up to pay, the 2nd tech snuck gel onto her toes and charged us for it. I didn't want to make a big deal in front of all the people sitting in their chairs, so I paid. I have been to this salon many times before and this has never happened. I've seen that tech there before (hard to miss with the resting sour face), but luckily never had her work on me. Again, posting this for awareness that this "old Skool" nail salon tactic still exists.

Rossy (follow her on IG @justfab_nails) is my one and only go-to nail technician. I've been seeing her for years now, and come to think of it, I found her and this amazing salon when they first opened their doors years ago by guess who? Yelp of course! Rossy has helped take care of my nails, does quality nail cleaning, and a great job with gel application. Her prices are very reasonable and her services, top notch. Nail services are by appointment only (text her, it's the best way to get in touch with her and schedule an appointment as she doesn't answer her phone if she's with a client). During your appointment you can expect dedicated time to you and only you. Care is taken and she never rushes. I've always found my visits very relaxing and I can focus on myself for the moment. There's a great selection of nail and gel polishes. I'm a huge fan of her selection of glitters, metallics, and nude colors. Sometimes I feel like matting and others, high gloss - Rossy has got it all. Parking can be a bit tough if your appointment is around 9a or 10-ish because of other businesses, so prepare in advance to get there early. I complained about my acrylic set and I didn't notice how bad the nails were lifting right away. After wearing them for a day, my nails are in so much pain from the poor placement and gap between my natural nail and acrylic nails. Also I have to be vigilant about lotion, soap and water getting stuck between my nail and the acrylic nails. I tried to take pictures so you can see for yourself but they really don't show how deep the gap goes. This is unsafe and a health hazard. I also originally said that the pedicure service was good and I stand by that part of my original review. However, I thought my toe nail was cut crooked but upon further inspection I realized she missed a whole corner of my nail when she painted my big toe...so that was disappointing to see. Now I have to go spend more money to have the things they messed up fixed. Save you money, don't go here...

There was no massage, more of a 20 second rub on each foot/leg. The lady seemed to be rushing to get to the next person. My toes look nice, but I don't plan to return.

Once you enter, you can check in on the tablet for 10% and have four chair to wait for your turn. Luckily, booking online was very quick and available, but did see a lot of walk-ins and people came in and out very quickly. Had my nail tech, Aley and she's been very helpful and tried to match my request. I do personally wish that they had more charms since I've tend to go towards Japanese nail and style, but glad that she was able to assist my request. Inside the salon is pretty clean and people were very nice. However, just wanted to get a top coat so the charms or small decors don't fall off within a day or so. Otherwise, I would definitely come back for a pedicure!
