There is rarely more than a car or two in line, if any. The pharmacy staff has always been friendly and efficient both at the drive-through window and inside. On a few occasions when I needed a prescription urgently, they were always happy to expedite it and have it ready within an hour or two. A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. I switched health insurance plans this year and Walgreens is no longer in-network, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future.

Additionally, there have been times where I had to wait for her for more than an hour (outside of their lunch window) because she took an extended break/lunch before I could even pick up my medication. The pharmacy techs (other than the Asian guy, he is really nice and knowledgeable) are rude AF. It's like they have hearing problems (both at the drive through and inside window) and are always telling me to speak up to the point where I'm shouting my personal information for other people to hear. I pick up at a different Walgreens on the other side of Fullerton now (it's worth it, the pharmacist there is so kind and caring and actually listens) as well as CVS down the street where normal human interactions are far superior.

She was very sweet, as always, and did let me know that the owner was aware of my previous Yelp review. She expressed that he (the owner) was very sorry and wanted to ensure I would continue to receive quality work as a valued customer. The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency. I was told afterward that it was $70 for Gel-X and $25 for the design. Apparently customers are just supposed to find out the price after the service is already done. If a design costs an additional $25, that is something you communicate before starting, so the customer can decide whether they actually want to pay that much. What makes this even more frustrating is that I would not have chosen this design if I had known it was going to cost an extra $25. That should have been my choice to make BEFORE the service, not something I was informed of when it was time to pay especially when it was french tip with some polka dots that came out crooked. I have gotten the same type of service elsewhere for significantly less and had a much better experience. $95 is an absurd amount to pay for a set when the pricing isn't clearly communicated upfront. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Customers deserve to know exactly what they're paying for before agreeing to a service. I will absolutely not be returning.

My toenails were long and grown out (43 days since my last pedicure) so the nail tech had plenty to work with. And like I previously acknowledged, I should've spoken up but gave the reason why it didn't happen. Business owners: stop writing automatic formed responses and be proud of your business and acknowledge when you hire people who don't achieve your vision for your business and cut corners. I got a "pedicure" without a cuticle trim -- I think that's a basic at the very least.
