Don't know her name but she's always at station 3, wears her hair in a pony tail and is a woman of few words... But gosh darn it can she thread her some eyebrows! I make my way here every other week and it's been pretty consistent. For $5 and $2 tip you can't beat that for some nice eyebrows! Hope this helps! read more

I use to get my brows done here all the time until one day I came in for a clean up & my brows turned out horrible!! One of them had a nice shape with an arch and the other one was just round w/ no arch at all. When I told her they were two completely different shapes, all she said was "Well you only asked for a clean up." Which made no sense at all.. if I ask for a clean up I still want my brows to be the same shape! I know they say "eyebrows are sisters not twins" but there was a major difference between the two. Been coming here for a while! Get your brows done 7 times, get the 8th time free! Not the most sanitary place... I never see them clean their materials between customers... but I guess you get what you pay for. When I first started coming here, they would accidentally pull an eyelash or two off each time, or cut a bit of my lashes with the thread *cry* but I kept coming back because of the price and convenience. I just come with a bare face now, and haven't had eyelash casualties since. $5 brows, $4 lip, what more could you want? Plus, they kind of give you a quick little temple massage when they apply cooling gel. They do a pretty good job of cleaning and shaping the little amount of brows I have. read more

I miss the original lady that used to thread eyebrows. She has been gone for about two months now and things are noticeably different. The new women is rather unpleasant and doesn't really listen to request. She shortened the length on the right making them uneven. I asked her not to do that the second time and she just looked at me with a blank face. She ended up shortening it again and making it thinner than the left. Fortunately, there is a young lady that works Mondays. She's much nicer and easier to communicate with. I hope the first lady comes back :/ read more

I've frequented this threading place for the past month and have noticed that the shape of my eyebrows is much nicer. I was going somewhere else before getting them waxed and plucked and they kept getting thinner and thinner and that's not the look I was going for. the threading is a little painful but it's low maintenance and looks better. read more

Okay so I have got my eyebrows done here about 4-5 times. I am from the southbay area and I always got my brows done at The Threading Zone in Torrance. My husband and I are new to this City and I decided to try it out since its down the street from our house. First couple of times everything was good other then the fact that they can be pretty rough when it comes to their threading technique. But I decided to go today on a Saturday and get my brows done. I walk in and no hello. Nobody was even in the front. The lady was in the back watching her tv show and eating. I tried to let her know I was there and she saw me but continue what she was doing. I did not receive no hello or ill be right with you nothing! Customer service sucks here. I am not coming back to this place. My husband gets his haircut in the south Bay area so I will tag along with him and go to my favorite spot in Torrance. read more

The only good one at that place and I still go and wait for Monday for her is Bella. She is awesome. She helps my 4 girls and me and does an amazing job with the best smile. Very helpful girl. WORST PLACE EVER. was looking to get my eyebrows done since it had been long over due... needless to say I was hoping to get them cleaned up and shaped.. coming here was a huge mistake! I left with horribly misshaped uneven eyebrows. i tried communicating this with the threader and she couldn't comprehend what was being asked of her. Worst customer service!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone! I've been coming here for a while and I've always noticed that they are rude but my last experience was unacceptable!! I went in to get my face threaded on a Friday after the lunch rush. I was the only customer and the lady refused to do my face because she was the only one there to assist customers! Makes no sense considering there was no customers!!! She insisted I only do my eyebrows and upper lip! Yes she was telling me, the customer, what services I wanted!! Unbelievable!! Never again. My sister also had an incident with them so that says a lot about this business! I wouldn't give them a star but I didn't have a choice.
