They're uneven and not short enough. And they hurt. For my manicure, I was expecting a completely different color. I paid for gel on my nails and it's just clear with a little bit of glitter. My engagement party is in 2 days and it is just a shame how these ended up looking. I am going to go elsewhere to have my nails redone. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP! I received an awful gel manicure from this place on 10/19/23. The older woman who worked on me didn't know what she was doing, she'd put my hand under the light when there were only two nails polished. She kept pressing the "60" second timer so each of my hands were under the light for 3 or 4 minutes each time. Whenever I'd try to question her she'd ignore me or pretend she didn't know English, nodding and smiling the whole time. The polish was of poor quality, and has already bubbled up and peeled away except for two nails on my right hand and one nail on the left. The place literally REEKED of mildew and was filthy. I was the only customer in there, and that in itself should have been a sign for me to run out of there. They were also far too expensive for just a plain gel manicure. What a nightmare experience for something that's supposed to be soothing and relaxing. I will never go back, and I'm telling everyone about it. read more

I was "greeted" by the manager. He told me the prices and I said okay but he continued to ask me if it was okay like I couldn't afford the services. When the lady started my pedicure my toenail broke. I asked her to just cut it down. Instead she super glued it and said it would be okay. As soon as I got home it broke. When she did my manicure it was thick and cracking. She said their machine to dry the shellac wasn't working properly. She continued. I am quite pleased with the pedicure I got at Elite Nails. I got the Deluxe 'cuz (a) my calluses were out of control (TMI, sorry) and (b) treat yo self!!! I haven't had a pedicure in almost a year, so it was needed (understatement). $37 for full service pedi, foot massage, and delish smelling lotion/oils from a skilled nail tech who magicked away my sandpaper heels!!! I'll be back, for sure. And for this low price, I can afford to come back more than once a year! Win win! read more

I don't normally get my nails done on a regular basis, but I got the best shellac manicure of my life two weeks ago and now I think its time to work them into the monthly budget. I walked in and was immediately helped by Trinni. She is very friendly, took great care and paid close attention to detail the entire time. Elite has a ton of shellac polish to choose from and Trinni helped me pick the best purple polish. I have seriously gotten a million complements on my nails, I love them! This is the first time a shellac manicure has actually lasted two weeks or more. The place was clean, relaxing and positive. It seemed like the employees knew everyone that walked through the door, which means regulars - which is always a great sign! Went to get my nails done after work I thought they closed at 7:30pm but they close at 7:00pm. Showed up at 6:50pm and they were so nice to still take me in Brian did my nails (pink SNS) for the first time! I know it's trouble to keep nails really short but he did it for my anyway! Charged me $45 ($40 for SNS & $5 for extensions on my nails) He still took his time with my nails even after hours and didn't rush the job My nails weren't perfectly even but I just touched them up at home I'd say he did a great job and I love SNS now! read more

I went in because I needed the gel taken off my nails quickly. Guy at the front told me $17 for basic manicure and gel removal. Their polish selecrion was limited and some of it was pretty old or near empty. The lady who did them didn't talk at all. The massage was rushed and she kept scratching me with her nails. It lasted all of 2 minutes, if that. She put one color on 8 nails and another color on 2 nails WITHOUT telling me that this was somehow an additional charge, for what I don't know. It took 20 minutes for my nails to dry, which is unacceptable. I believe this had to do with the fact that she put a nail hardener on first before color and didn't let it dry all the way. She also didn't remove all the skin from around my nails, didn't remove all the excess paint from my cuticles, there are still a few small spots of gel paint on a couple nails and she didn't trim them at all. I was in a rush so I didn't make her correct these mistakes, but she got no tip from me. I would strongly advise no one to go here. There were a few dead crickets on the floor and from where I was sitting, I could see dirt and hair in the pedicure tubs. GROSS!!!! If I don't catch a disease from this place, I'll be happy. UPDATE: 8 hours later, the polish she put on my nails has completely lifted from all but 3. Awesome. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. read more

They did a good job on my nails as well as my friends nails. The reason for the rating is the price- I got a gel refill and was charged $38. I asked the lady twice to repeat the price and she told me $18 for refill, and $20 extra just for the gel polish! Just two weeks ago I got a much better refill done at another nail place for a total of $21 for gel polish as well. For the price I'd expect a very nice location, not a hole in the wall. I stopped in for the first time today....Staff has no personality. The female that did my toes didn't ask what type of pedicure I wanted. She Just did what she wanted. I don't even think she spoke to me at all. Then a male working there sat several sits down from me coughing without covering his mouth the entire time I was there. I noticed she missed polishing an area on both my big toes. When I showed her she said oh some part of the polish comes out clear..Really! Then I get a bill for more than what the list price for a regular pedicure so I ask and she tells me there was an extra charge that she fell to inform me of. I came here with my mom for the first time. We both got pedicures. The woman giving me my pedicure rubbed my foot raw to the point that it bled. She did not even notice, and I had to bring it to her attention. She said "Your skin is so sensitive." I got a staph infection and am on antibiotics for 2 weeks. I've completely changed my mind about Elite Nails & Spa. During my last visit the technician severely cut my toe, and it took almost 5 minutes to stop the bleeding. !No Apology! She would not let me look at my pedicure in the shop. When I got home I discovered the polish on every toe had bubbles in it. And 5 hours later the polish had not dried, so during my sleep all the nails had marks on them from my bedsheets. I called and told the owner about this, and he offered for me to return any time for new polish. A couple of weeks later I when I returned I stayed extra long trying to get the toenail polish completely dry. But again it was full of bubbles. I love this nail salon. It's small but nice. The employees were very nice and professional and I got a GREAT pedicure. Rather than having me sit and wait in a chair while an employee finished up another customer, they went ahead and let me get comfortable in the chair and turned on the foot spa. It took a little bit longer than what I'm used to, but the really treat you to a good pedicure here. My nails look perfect. While others were getting pedicures in the spa chairs, another employee would be doing their nails which to me is as good as it gets. Sitting in a massage chair getting pampered while watching TV or reading a magazine is definitely my idea of a good time. read more

I have been going to Elite Nail salon for years. Jimmy and Lisa, the owner and his wife, are fantastic. I broke a nail and rushed in at 7:00, closing time. The salon was empty. I asked Jimmy if he could fix my nail. He did it with no problem and did not rush. He did not even charge me. Extra big tip for him! The salon is always friendly and it's fun when Jimmy is watching football! I had a mani pedi at an expensive salon that did not even last a week. Tran is amazing with nails and eyebrows. I would recommend this nail salon very highly. And it's clean! If you want the pricey salon experience this isn't your place. I love this salon! It is small and it is not fancy, but trust me fancy doesn't always mean nice. You don't have to make appointments but I would just in case, they always help me when I go in and get me out pretty fast. They are so friendly and always take their time which is a big plus for me. I don't do my own nails for a reason, so I want whomever those to do it right since I am terrible at it. Walked in for a pedicure. No problem getting in...all chairs were open. That was the end of good. Seated in the pedicure chair with water only in the basin. cuticle softner put on and the cuticle pusher and nail cleaner instrument was ready to be used. . Literally the tech glided the cuticle tool over my toe nail...did nothing for my cuticles...hardly touched anything! . Barely cleaned under my toe nails...as in barely went under my nails. Why bother? Then the tech wanted to use the metal scraper on my DRY heels....no cuticle remover or softening lotion applied. That prompted me to ask for the scraper...AND IT WAS DIRTY! None of the instruments appeared clean. Stopped right there. On my way out the door ...another tech is plucking her grey hairs from her head with tweezers! Do not recommend this salon at all. read more

Went with my daughter, daughter-in-law and granddaughter today. All three got pedicures and I went for manicure and pedi. They started all my families pedicures and totally ignored me. They made me wait for 45 minutes and would not allow me to soak my feet after I asked over three times. The lady who told me her name was "no name" rolled her eyes when I kept asking for the water to be turned on and ignored me completely. She was rolling her eyes to my daughter-in-law about me and daughter-in-law got upset and told her we were all family. We went as a family to have a pedicure together. I treated as an after thought. Between all 4 of us they made over $250.00. My nail design on my thumbs looked messy and ugly. My services were not finished for an hour and a half after my family was done. I have never been treated so disrespected. Kim was the employee that was nice. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. read more
