Chris at Dent Innovations responded via Yelp messaging very quickly. He asked for info about my car and for a photo of the damage. Based on the photo and the info I'd given, he gave me an estimate for the time it would take him and cost of the repair, which I feel was a fair price. We setup an appointment and I brought my car to his shop to drop it off on the agreed upon date. Chris is very knowledgeable about his craft and takes the time to describe the process. He was finished in the time he expected, I wasn't able to pick my car back up that day due to my own scheduling conflict, but Chris said it'd be fine to leave it overnight at his shop, and I could pick it up the next morning, which is what I did. It was 10:00 in the morning today, Monday, and I called the Dent Dude. I spoke with Tim. He said to bring the car in and he would do all he could to repair it. I said I would be right there.
