Great pizza at a great price! Although I have always lived close by, this was not my family's go-to pizza place while I was growing up. However, it was my boyfriend's family's favorite local pizza place. I recently ordered a couple small pizzas to bring to my parent's in North Smithfield. We ordered a mushroom, olive, and pepperoni and a gormet #9 which was spinach and ricotta. My parents were really impressed and told me that they will start ordering from Elite now as well! Elite 2 is my go to for pizza in Burrillville. The Buffalo chicken pizza never disappoints and their fries are my favorite. So far of everything I've ordered the only suggestion I have is ditch the standard black olives and get kalamata for the Mediterranean chicken wrap. Black olives aren't right!! After waiting over an hour I called and was told it will be another 30 minutes. I have been ordering from Elite for over 10 years, but after today I will never order again. There were 5 men in the kitchen prepping food and none of them had gloves on. Not a bad word to say about this little hometown joint. I've had a variety of menu items, a plethora really, perhaps myriad different options. As we say in the Burgh, da'n tha hatch n'at! Pretty tasty offerings. My personal favorite is the broiled fish with rice pilaf. It's cooked perfectly every time and delivers a light, yet delicious meal. Another favorite I have is their chicken gyro. The cucumber dressing is on the subtle side, but compliments the overall pita of goodness. I'm not a big indulger of French fries, but maaaaan they make some crunchy and muy delicioso fries! One bizarre option they make is a loaded salad. No word of a lie, they put pasta in the lettuce. Strange and peculiar all at once. My final recommendation is the veal parm. They pound that tender succulent veal out to a thin slice of heaven! Nom nom all day! Cruising by on the 102? I work in the area and have basically two places to choose from for takeout/delivery. One is a straight up pizza joint and the other is Elite Pizza Restaurant II. Although Elite Pizza Restaurant is self labeled as a pizza joint, in my opinion, they are more of a family style restaurant. The atmosphere is clean and cozy with table seating. I have had food from both places but prefer Elite because I believe their quality and selection is the best around. I never gave it much thought but Elite has daily specials, I never look at the menu any more, their specials are always on point. The French Onion soup is delicious, it comes with the crute and melted cheese on top, easily a 8 out of 10 if not more. Tuesday they have a Large Pizza special for $7.95, the crust and cheese are top notch. Fridays they always have a nice selection of seafood type items ranging from stuffies to fish sandwich to chowders. I usually get a stuffie, fish sandwich and a cup of chowder on Fridays, Pretty sure the stuffies are home made. The fish sandwich is a battered and deep fried piece of fresh Cod served on a Brioche bun with a slice of cheese. I know they have red and white chowder, I am a red chowder dude myself. This place is a bit out of the way but if you are in the area I would definitely give Elite II a shot. read more

Elite 2 is a solid spot in Burrillville off of 102. The Manager Anthony is an awesome guy and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. Their buffalo chicken tenders are amazing. They are not tossed in Buffalo but rather coated then Breaded. It's very unique but very good. One of the better all around pizza spots. Try to stop in every time I'm home. However when I got the quesadilla I realized that there were onions and green peppers all over (which are two of my least favorite foods).
