The owner promises you a job and make sure you don't get another job just to pull it out from under you when their delivery boy wants to come back. I worked my butt off for them for two days and then they just discarded me like I was a piece of trash. The owners are terrible. I do not recommend this place. read more

Pizza is just so-so. Kinda greasy had to use tons of napkins. The pizza was kinda like a meat lovers pizza, and the other was pineapple. Just after a few slices, it went into the fridge for a few days and then we threw it out. For the price it's just ok. read more

Called about 30 mins before closing and ordered a small pineapple and mushroom pizza, mozz sticks and a ginger ale. Gentleman who took my order over the phone was efficient and polite. I was quoted 15 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order 20 mins later and it was ready for me. The cashier was young friendly and smiled as they cashed me out, total $26. Drove the 10 minutes back home, and the pizza was totally soggy, all the way through. I ate one piece and it was completely water logged. There was no part of the crust that was crunchy or dry. The pizza was topped with tons of cheese/shrooms/pineapple, so I picked the cheese and toppings off and discarded the wet crust. I was pretty disappointed. The mozz sticks needed to be reheated once I got home but they were pretty tasty! The cheese was gooey and they came with 4oz of sweet tomato marinara sauce. I would give this place another chance but not with pizza. read more

"I hate to write a bad review for a local establishment, but rudeness and a display of apathy towards a frequent customer deserves a response. Recently I ordered a small Chicken wing (12 pieces). Upon returning home I found only 8 chicken wings in the box. I called the informed the owner of the shortchange. He laughed and said that we must have been given the box the employees had been eating out of (GROSS!). He said the next time I ordered he would make up the shortchange. Yesterday my wife ordered wings and explained to the wife's owner of her husbands promise. She was rude, abrupt said she was too busy, stating do you want the wings or not?" She made no attempt to rectify the situation. I then drove there and spoke to the owner, she rudely said "well sometimes we put one or two extra wings in the box and nobody complains about that." So what does that have to do with my order being 25% short. Am I expected to pay for everyone else getting more??? She was very insistent that shortchanging chicken wings was an acceptable practice. She could have rectified this simply by saying sorry for the mistake and included as she previously said, "1 or 2 extra wings", in the box, but no, instead she chose to be flippant. Lesson learned: Count your chicken wings! Here's a 4-step framework for how restaurants should handle all kinds of complaints: Listen to the customer and give them your full attention. Empathize with their feelings of frustration. Apologize for the problem. Fix the issue quickly and politely. read more

This place is akin to the Soup Nazi's place on Seinfeld - I tried to order to be delivered, told the woman with the snow storm I'm really glad you're delivering, I've been plowing all day, gave her my address, tried to tell her that I hadn't shoveled yet so I'd be right in garage where driver would pull up in driveway with garage door open - should be really easy - she heard, "haven't shoveled yet" and straight up said, "call some place else" and hung up. I called back multiple times and she finally answered, when she knew who I was, said, "I don't need people yelling at me!" I NEVER yelled at her. Drove to this little town to drive by the Conjuring house and see Bathshebas gravestone. Got hungry on the way back and decided to top by Nikos Pizza House! I was most definitely not disappointed! I loved it especially the pizza. They dont have dine in right now but that totally makes sense. The staffs were very friendly as well. I have been a loyal customer of this business for years and only in the last 18 months or so have had some horrible experiences with a woman who works there named Chris. It was a simple order. 1 sm cheese pizza and 1 large cheese pizza with feta, hamburger and black olives. She even wasn't the one who took my order when I called back to complain that I received the wrong order, but she is the one who jumped on the phone and told me l was wrong about what I ordered. They sent 1 sm cheese pizza and 1 small cheese pizza with black olives. She's telling me that they cannot replace a small pizza with a large pizza because I paid for a small. I'm trying to tell her it's not only about the size of the order, but half the order was wrong. In her ignorant attitude she wasn't even listening. I'm pretty sure I know what was in my own brain and on my tongue when I ordered. She just would not admit that they screwed up the order. I was willing to pay the difference between a small and large pizza and send the small pizza that was incorrect back. She said, no you own that pizza now. 2 weeks ago I ordered and the same woman told me that they don't deliver unless the driver gets at least a $4 tip. I was like, excuse me??? They are already charging a delivery fee and now they want to dictate the amount of tip??? Um, hell no. They have just lost a loyal customer and I encourage everyone else to avoid this business as well. They have gotten so used of gouging customers with these ridiculous prices left over from the pandemic that they think they can do whatever they want and charge whatever they want. This is a great little place for food. Their pizza is fantastic a d loaded with cheese and toppings. I love their sandwiches as well, especially sea food and buffalo chicken wraps. They use grilled chicken as well instead of breaded which is so much healthier and tastier! I dropped a star as, though they are open for dine-in, it isn't the most pleasant experience. Because they do so much take-out, those sitting at tables often have lines running past and it can het crowded. So let me preface this review by saying that even though we live in town, we do not frequent Nicos often. This past week we ordered twice. The first night we got pizza which was overall pretty good. The exception was the mushroom, onion, pepper, and tomato pizza (which we have ordered from other pizza joints) that was incredibly soggy. Tonight we got a calzone that was great, a blt which was awesome and 4 fish and chips. I have been wanting fish and chips for about a week now but finding someone who serves it on a Wednesday was a challenge but Nicos had it! Well, I wish I hadn't. The other 3 people who got the fish and chips felt the same. It was chewy and rubbery. I am all set with fish and chips for a while now. We stopped in for subs while we were camping and this turned out to be the best place we ate at on our trip. We ordered a steak and cheese sub, buffalo chicken sub and a greek salad. The chicken was the juiciest chicken we have ever gotten on a sandwich and the steak sandwich was perfectly meaty, cheesy and absolutely stacked. If I could give a negative review I would. Pulled up in my truck and trailer and got out. I was in the process of putting my mask on and grabbing my bag so I could go in and buy a pizza when the owner came out screaming that he was going to call the cops on me for parking the truck there. Pizza is ok...they are on the smaller side. I don't get how they can pitch a large pizza while it has the appearance of a medium. It had a decent amount of cheese - which I love. Their sauce was sweet and crust was crispy. My favorite was their wings. They were large and fairly priced. Their antipasto salads were loaded with meat. Let's hear it for hometown pride! Apart from it being right down the street from where I spent my teenage years, Nikos is easily the best all-around pizza and wings spot in town. First, the all-important pizza. The selection is second to none I've found within a good half hour drive. I've yet to have a less than memorable pie. The sauce is rich and the toppings are fresh and tasty, never overcooked or soggy with grease. Pizza crust is the usual Achilles' heel no matter the establishment but I am always impressed by theirs. It's never chalky on the bottom or flimsy; just the right spot between doughy and sturdy. The slices are large though not imminently foldable but can easily be persuaded. I prefer to double the bite time by leaving it flat; it's really that tasty. Their wings are succulent. That's really the only word for them apart from delicious. Never dry, I find myself pining for these wings and tenders even when greeted with so many options in the Boston area. The service here is just plain great. Nikos is a family-run business and they've really nailed down how to be hometown friendly. I think they've gotten the notion that Burrillville is a small town that is somehow rife with pizza places and that competition would have doomed them long ago if not for the pairing of great food and great service. Finally, the prices can't be beat, especially for the quality and quantity. If I'm visiting home, I usually make a stop in to Nikos (as long as it's not Monday as they're unfortunately closed). If you're in Burrillville and in the mood for a quick bite, Nikos is definitely among the top spots to drop in on. read more

Where do I even begin? I come in here and feel like i'm being treated like family. Located in a town with a population under 2000, you can look no further than Nikos to satisfy your hunger. The service is spectacular and they strive to keep you happy from start to finish. Family run business that has everything figured out to a T. I need to find more places like this back home but its a dime a dozen. The pricing is super cheap for the huge portions, it is a struggle trying to eat an entire calzone without wanting to take a nap halfway through. They will customize an order to your liking whether it be having sauces on the side or having them load it up for you. I want to try everything on the menu but i never can finish my initial order and majority of the time end up asking for a take out box\. Niko's is over an hour drive for me but I will never complain about the drive for some amazing food. Now its just finding a way to make a duplicate of Niko's back home and it would be even better. Large parking lot to fit at least 40-50 cars so no worry about finding street parking. So remember next time you're in the area, don't be afraid to swing by. read more

I was in town for my family's wedding and we needed to feed a large group in a hurry. We got eight large cheese pizzas for the price of six thanks to their deals. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I mentioned that it was for a large group and they offered to cut the slices smaller to make it easier.
