They are welcoming and kind, and super helpful. I did not have to wait very long before I was called back for my appointment. The MA was very good at her job, made me feel at ease and you could just tell she loves what she does. Which I realized was a common theme here. Everyone was just so happy! I saw Dr. Peace. Now I've seen a lot of OB/Gyns in my day... Dr. Peace is definitely in the top 2 (only because my #1 delivered my first baby). She is patient, she listens to you, she is reassuring, makes sure she's heard everything you want to share before she goes on to do anything else. She is genuine and cares! Since it wouldn't let me get past that page because I didn't fill the insurance part in, I decided to go early for my appointment on Monday morning and fill it out then. When I got there, early, and told them about being unable to fill in the form because it wouldn't let me past the insurance page, the receptionist told me that I wouldn't be able to be seen today because the form was lengthly. I explained the above to her and that I got the form on a Saturday and they were closed so I couldn't call to get my questions answered. She shrugged her shoulders and said again, the form was long and I wouldn't be able to been seen. She said I should have just put N/A in the insurance part. How was I to know that? There were no directions saying that. I explained it has taken me 5 months to get the VA to authorize the visit. She shrugged again. Could I come in tomorrow. I said no. I do have a life. And she shrugged again. I picked up my stuff and left. Don't you think I could have filled out what I could get done before seeing the doc and then finish it after? You can also bet no matter how long the form was, I could have finished it before my wait was over since there were 2 other people waiting before me.
