At 9 am we sent them a text and then an email about 9:15. We finally received a phone call about 9:45 saying they had truck issues, but they were still coming. At that point we told them don't bother. We hung up and immediately noticed in our back yard 2 people (from Yoder's) were in our back yard. After chatting with them we were told they had been scheduled for 2 jobs today at 8 am. Mind you no one bothered to call us and tell us they had double booked their crew (we would have understood realizing mistakes happen). No communication with us about the mix-up and why when they finally called us, did they feel the need to lie to us about the truck issues? They lost all our trust.

Jimmi came out and spend a good amount of time going over our needs and explaining the process; Cody and the crew did a great job of taking down the trees, trimming some problematic branches on remaining trees, and removing debris. Watwood came out shortly after an estimate and did a day's worth of work, but when the first heavy raid came, my erosion problem was worse than before when Watwood did their work (see photos). Now, I am going to have to pay another landscape company nearly $3,000 to correct the problem caused by Watwood. I've contacted Watwood multiple times, and each time he would tell me he is coming out in the next few days, but he never shows. The owner and his staff were quietly personable, and I'm so disappointed at how they left me hanging, having to go to another company and pay for the work again.
