The next day, I contacted the med spa expressing my concern, and was told it was a computer error and that if I wanted the Luxe Laser for the promo price. Terrible customer service, at this point I would not go back nor would I recommend.

Even though I got the reduced rate she still put included some specific add-ons for my skin concerns and didn't charge me extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the red light therapy - the sensation was staring into the sun with your eyes closed. At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment. Most recently I came back from an epic vacation in a warm moist climate to Pittsburgh's dryer weather and really felt dehydrated. I believe Quick Drip IV accepts walk-ins but I always like to call ahead of time, and they have always been able to provide an IV solution the same day. A certified nurse performs the IV drip and the infusion usually lasts about a half hour. This is a great service to help support my health goals.
