I called the office to inquire about getting my deposit back and was instructed to call their billing office. OK, I can make a second phone call - it's $100 after all. But the billing office showed that the orthotics had been paid in full and NO BALANCE WAS DUE TO ME! So I called the office back and now I was told that their office manager wasn't able to talk to me, call back later. I called the following week and now she's in vacation. (Eye roll here). I called the week after that and kind of yelled at the phone rep because it seemed like the office manager was running a scam here. A few weeks later, finally, I received my deposit back. My second issue: they have one of their office staff make the casts for the orthotics and she did a poor job. The doc was able to build up the orthotics to properly support my foot/ankle, but now I have to wait until next year before I can get new, better customized, orthotics. I wish the professional had cast me so I could have had the proper fit from the beginning
