Wade was great! They managed to get me in last minute when no one else would. When there was a mix up and I told him I was going to Tampa International instead of Sarasota/Bradenton International, he didn't even blink and said it wasn't a problem! I was a little suspicious of all the great reviews. You expect a negative review somewhere. Well if the service is always what I got then I get it. The car was cleaner than new. Cold bottled water was offered. The driver (Valentin) called the day before to confirm, then texted when he was on the way. Showed up a little early but did not rush us in any way. The driver is well dressed, casual. Pleasant conversation without being too chatty. Overall I'm going to say the best car service I've ever used. And the price was good! read more

Great service. I rode with yellow cab to Siesta Key and got good service, too, but Elite Sedan was a flat fee, car arrived more promptly and we rode in a jaguar for goodness sakes!! Both drivers to and fro Lido beach were stellar. I rode first with the owner and secondly with a retired roofer who drives the Jag. Both friendly, nice guys. They didn't charge extra for my 8 year-old and the owner gave a small tour of St.Armand's circle before letting us out. I stayed at Hyatt Place near the airport and to Lido Key it was about $23 for me and my daughter. read more

They are consistently prompt, professional and friendly, and their vehicles are clean and comfy. Oftentimes, when a business has repeat customers, they tend to slack off on quality. Not Elite Sedan. Generally we have simply driven to the airport in Tampa and parked our car in the garage. That worked. However, on our last trip we decided to use Elite Sedan Services. How wonderful! The driver arrived according to schedule and loaded our luggage. NO STRESS driving to Tampa. We arrived at TPA rested and happy. When we returned a week later, the driver was waiting by the luggage carousel (as agreed), helped with the luggage, drove us home (again NO STRESS!), and unloaded our luggage. The driver was professional, personable, courteous and a careful driver. The car was clean and comfortable. The price was as quoted, with no add-ons. Who could ask for more?! I have used quite a few limo services from Tampa Airport to my winter home in Sarasota. Elite is the best I have found. It is so nice to finally find a limo service that gives me everything I could want for my ride to and from the airport. Comfortable seats, never to hot or to cold, very professional and personable. But most of all I feel safe. I have driven with many drivers that scare me so much I just want to get out of the car. I have never had a bad driver since using Elite. I feel so safe driving I have even nodded off during the drive. I have to say that is something I would never have done with any of the other drivers I have used in the past. Elite Sedan Service was fantastic. My wife and I were vsiting from out of town for my father in-laws 80th Birthday and didn't want to ask him to drive from Sarasota to Tampa Int to pick us up. I'm in my 50's and have never used a service like this before. What can I say beyond super communication, prompt, easy, professional, comfortable and friendly. My father in-law insisted on driving us to the airport for our flight home. He insisted half heartedly when I told him we needed to leave at 5 am but didn't object when I told him we were going to take Elite Sedan Services back to the airport. We have used Elite a few times going to and from Sarasota airport. They are always prompt, cars are always immaculate, drivers always courteous and reasonably priced for the area. We used their service once again this April. I called on Friday to reserve a car for Monday, asked for a courtesy call to let me know they were coming, which did happen. Not only that our driver got caught in traffic because of a serious accident. He called me twice to give me updates and apologized profusely when he arrived (we had plenty of time to get to the airport). He was humorous and had a great accent!!
