I understand that you may "feel" that some things I said we're untrue but if you can identify that which I said was untrue, I will be happy to retract if I can't support the claim. When we noticed the leak, I asked you if that vacuum breaker needed to be on the hydrant because I didn't see that it served any other purpose than to leak and asked if it had to be there. You told me multiple times that it is code (can you cite the code?) and I just couldn't use a water timer on it. When I told you that it leaked out of the valve as well as the vacuum breaker whether or not it was connected to the timer, you again came out and replaced the vacuum breaker, and again to tighten something on the brand new hydrant. You had three months and multiple returns to offer a better solution. When I was still not satisfied your response was, "Codes have changed over the years and yard irrigation systems are supposed to be tied on to the main line with a Backflow preventer. Before the irrigation valve box.". This was unacceptable customer service so I moved on and replaced it with an anti frost hydrant from True Value for $50 and 15 minutes of my time; it does not leak at all. You have my number and you could have reached out to me before responding to my review. Our business is concluded and the money paid was well worth the lesson. I hope you have opportunity to better address your customers' concerns in the future.

Thompson is amazing, extraordinarily…read moreknowledgeable where a previous plumber failed, with great prices, and identified and fixed additional issues such as my low water pressure "no charge". First, neither I nor the first plumber could locate where the main access line was. Thompson used his knowledge of where it exits from the crawlspace and the angle it has to make to the city line to know exactly where to dig, then dug, and found it. He cleaned it out, and observed that the pipes under the house were sagging (he showed me and they clearly were), resulting in sewage needing to go uphill, which it why the whole house backed up in the first place (and would happen again with time). He spent hours under the crawlspace fixing the slope and installing stronger metal straps to keep it in place (it had been supported by cheap plastic), with a 10-year warranty on his work! Then, he checked the house, and observed that the water pressure was low, and fixed that "no charge" as a bonus, identified that my sink faucet had calcification resulting in low pressure on that in particular ("no charge"), increased my water temperature "no charge", and sawed and put pipes on the formerly-buried sewage access lines so they could be found again once I put the dirt back "no charge". Suffice to say Thompson is amazing, probably the best plumber in Prescott, in terms of all four of knowledge, prices, skill, and kindness. This is the guy you want to call.

Sent msg to Bee and told him to forget repair since you dont answer calls.Got a return msg indicating he was on a trip and forgot about the repair so he would never have called. James was available and was able to diagnose our issue. Our 1970's pipes from well and gas meter had had enough and needed to be replaced. James gave us a quote and got started as soon as he could fit us in. James worked many hours including weekends and had new water and gas lines installed by Sunday. Inspection on Tuesday and gas back on by Wednesday afternoon. James did a great job and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the results.

No one answered at any of them telling me to leave a message. I then called Prescott Plumbing and within 5 minutes Charlie called me back. He had me send him pictures of the problem and talked me through getting the leaked stopped for the night. The next morning he called and arrived promptly at 9 am and fixed my problem, which was not easy by the way. Charlie never tried to up sell me anything as a matter of fact stated there was no reason to buy newer parts as what I had was still perfectly fine. So after the emergency call the night before and a two hour fix job his rates were extremely fair. I would highly recommend him! Oh and by the way only one other company called me back the next day.... Thank you Charlie. Great job!

It started to rain so they left & left hoke open. I called later to get it finished. He said he was busy, get to when he could. Called 3 mire times. Finally he said he have to charge me sgsin to close hoie. I'm an elderly widow & finally have had to cover it W/cover & put rocks around to hood it down. In the time it was open, it filked back up W/dirt, rain & weeds. It's still open to that day. That lady job was in mid Aug. I'm so disgusted I may have to pay someone to fill it up. Plus he left my concrete containers out that go in hole around pipe. Very poor job. For sure.
