His forms crew [Tony, Justin and Dean] had the experience and stamina to complete the pre-pour requirements on schedule and showed up at sunrise the next day, ahead of the three cement trucks to finish the job by sunset. Time management was poor, he would tell us he was coming at 8am, show up at 11am. We had to keep calling him, to find out when he was coming. He continued to ask for payments but we pushed back on contract completion items. Now, 6 months after completion, I have had several leaks where fittings were not connected properly. I won't call him to repair because I don't feel he was reliable.
