Staff was great, they have so many more tint percentages and we found a perfect match. The place itself has a vibe....sick decor, awesome music playing, free water and soda as you wait. It was very busy, but they had reasonable pricing and got me in and out quickly. I was more impressed that when I got my Jeep back, there was protection on the carpet and steering wheel as well as an instruction card hanging from the mirror. I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

After spending $1,000 I was assured that DMV would pass my car because of the amount of money I spent and it failed for mechanical issues, not safety issues. After months of texts and calls to them, then an irate text because then I got a ticket for the inspection in OCTOBER, they told me they spent too many hours on the phone with DMV, 80+ hours, blah blah blah, and they were done. So I call DMV myself and within 1/2 hour on the phone, my job (which was really their job) was done. DMV had to contact them because the receipt they gave me was not written up properly according to DMV. Needless to say, Rich was accurate with what he said about DMV passing it, but it had to be reinspected within a month, from May to October didn't qualify!!! DMV had them redo the inspection and lo and behold, it's taken care of. They cannot honestly tell me they spend that many hours with DMV yet I accomplished all, the call, emailing DMV, everything, in 30 minutes!! As far as I'm concerned, they got their $1,000 and left me out to dry, having to do their job for them!!! I'd rather walk then to have my car repaired by them again. I hate nothing more than an untrustworthy liar and that's what they are. So if you're looking for a reliable mechanic... KEEP LOOKING!!!! If you're looking to get screwed, Rich and Shawn are your men and best of luck to you, you'll need it! *Please note... My dad took my car here to get my AC fixed and suspension checked because their was a bit of noise. They told my dad my car was very unsafe and I needed my front struts replaced, a control arm and front my brakes replaced. My dad doesn't knows cars and tells them to do it because he only wants the car safe. I had a warranty on my struts and brakes. My dad calls right after and I called them to tell them and they tell me my car is already apart so I let it them do the work because my dad yes to it. They also insult the shop I had a warranty with saying stuff like they don't know what they are doing. After I went to check on my car and found out that they didn't have the struts apart like they told me on the phone. I let it slide because some work was already done. I left while they worked and got a call say that the previous shop that did the structs didn't do it right and will he needed to replace a repair because it broke. I knew this was bullshit. He said it wasn't him that broke it even though I didn't say it was him. I had to leave the car and paying extra for repair, but I needed my car fixed so I let that slide. He asked for payment even before the car was done. Also if he had my car apart before he would have knew it would be a issue before give a price. My dad picks up my car and the alignment is completely off and steering wheel is crooked. I learned HE DOESN"T DO ALINGNMMENTS. How can a shop do this kind of work with an alignments? Anytime front-end work is done in the car needs to be aligned especially with struts. My car wasn't properly fixed. Everything else I let slide because I needed my car. I couldn't go home. I live 4 hours away and wasn't going to drive a car that is pulling right constantly. I was an auto shop manager previously 4 years. I never seen a shop do such bad business. The price was reasonable if the actual work was done correctly and that's all I wanted. I'm pretty sure I didn't need the struts or brakes replaced. IT WAS JUST A CASH GRAB FOR HIM. When I was a shop manager years ago I would never let any of this slide in my shop. If a part broke after a price was given for that job I wouldn't charge a customer more. I would actually have the car fully checked before even giving a price and let the customer know if the price could change. I would never take work if my shop wasn't capable of doing it properly. THIS SHOP CAN'T DO SUSPENSION or FRONT END WORK if it don't have essential equipment to complete it. That's why I'm also filing a complaint with state to properly check the shop out for unethical business practices. This is unacceptable and unsafe. The state is going to take forever to check. I wanted to support a small shop, but it's so difficult when there's so much unethical business going. Also never go to a shop that insults other shops. That's a bad look in any business.
