They were a NO SHOW! No phone call either. We know of 2 other people who contracted with them & 1 said they were a no show last weekend, the 2nd person is expecting them this weekend but is now concerned. If they didn't want the work they should of said so...VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's official, they were a no show for the 2nd person this weekend. They solicited our neighborhood for work, provided estimates, why bother if you weren't interested in the work. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

I followed up the following morning (tues) and Saul came by that afternoon to give his quote. His quote was extremely fair and he got my business on the spot as he said he could have it completed on Saturday! Four days later I had a beautiful fence repair. I was initially worried because our fence has an arch but Saul assured me they'd be able to get it done and he delivered! Other quotes were just going to replace the fence without matching the design, Saul took the challenge with no hesitation! Saul was EXTREMELY COMMUNICATIVE, provided a quote I was able to submit to insurance in a TIMELY MANNER, was PUNCTUAL and didn't ask for one penny more than his original quote.
