Three stars because all I can comment on is the cleaning of work shirts. I've never had anything else cleaned or taken care of there. However. For $1.75 a shirt, it was worth it. I have been going to them for years to alter my clothes (dresses, shirts, pants, formal wear) and have been very happy.

They are so quick and speedy!! The workers are so sweet and reasonable. I go here all the time!

Terrible. Got an expensive gown altered here for an event. Was told I'd be called to come in for a fitting. A week later, no call, so I called and was told it was complete and I could pick it up. What about my fitting? I went in and the fit was COMPLETELY off, too big everywhere. I asked for it to be corrected and I got excuses and complaining before begrudgingly agreeing to fix it. Rushed the fix and it still didn't fit properly. Charged over $100 for the alteration, with no fitting and an unsatisfied customer. Please, do not go here. read more

I have used their services both dry cleaning and clothes alterations. I brought some pants to be hemmed and dress shirts for their sleeves to be hemmed. The job on the pants is ok, you have to make sure you try them on when you pick them up. Once, they mixed up and had them dry cleaned instead of hemmed. The job on the shirts could have been better, the quality of stitching was not good. Not at all like the original stitching. If you need something altered and the stitching is highly visible I would avoid them. Their dry cleaning is good. I haven't had any issues. If you have specific stains you need removed let them know. read more

Not happy with poor service -- altered all our wedding clothes... over $400. Husbands pants were too short. They basically blamed my husband and charged to alter... begrudgingly gave back $6! I have never faced such an aggressive and dishonest costumer care. After dropping off a gown for dry clean I picked it up and it was in communicate that the stains were not removed when I came back with the garment they refuse to take care of it and the customer service was as rude as I get. This is perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners. They are over-priced when it comes to dry cleaning, that isn't even that good(pants always come back with double creases). However, the worst part out of all of this is that their tailoring. I had pants shortened, and got them back with one leg shorter than the other. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix it. I will not return it. Oh well, time to find a new tailor. Have been going here for quite sometime and have been satisfied. That changed last week. I had brought in a pair of jeans to have a zipper replaced. The zipper was $15.00 and would take a week to do. Picked up my jeans and not checking the work right then and there. When I looked at the replacement zipper I was sooooo mad. The workmanship was shoddy at best. The zipper is way to big and the stitching was crooked (the zipper is located in the front of the jeans, does not have material over it so it is seen immediately ). I phoned Elite to speak with the owner to express my concerns and the woman that answered listened to my issue and I then asked to speak with the owner, her response, he is not here, he will be in tomorrow. I then told her I will bring the jeans back so they can remove the zipper and refund my $15.00. She then said, oh here he is......I spoke to him, brought the jeans back. he tried to tell me that the zipper they put in was a better quality zipper, I have purchased zippers before so he is an idiot for uttering such a statement. Left the jeans to be fixed. One week later picked them up. You would think they would be done properly, well they are still a mess. Now I will take them to a different seamstress tell them who did this shoddy work and have them repaired properly. First they lied to me and then they don't do what they promised. Worst customer service and business owner ever. I had six pairs of pants altered and The lady working there told Me to take my shoes off while measuring me and they all came out at least a inch short. They were able to fix four out of six but would not refund me for the $52.50 I paid since they ruined two pairs of pants that range from $30 $50 each. After calling and being told to come back in I was explaining to the owner his employee told me to take my shoes off while measuring me and he started laughing at me telling that is ridiculous. He was condescending, rude and just a jerk. I got angry, used a few choice words and he was just as bad. It is honestly just a horrible business and they made the mistake and would not fix it. My bad for forgetting about suit but when I confronted them 5 months later they denied ever having it. 2 minutes of looking out back and an explanation of must have never been here. This place has horrible customer service. I dropped my dress off three months ago and walked in last week to pick it up. They could not find it anywhere and told me they aren't responsible for any garment after 30 days even though it doesn't state that anywhere on the receipt. At first he offered me nothing but then after arguing with him he offered me $15 for a $150 dress that he admittedly lost!!!! I will never go here again. He was not apologetic at all and tried to blame me for leaving it there three months. No one ever called me about my dress and there was no message on the receipt about a 30 day policy. I went there to have a dress altered. Dropped it off at 10am, they told me by 4pm it would be ready. I needed it for the same day. It was ready in a hour. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I saw that others commented on the price, but I paid $25 for alterations that usually cost me $40. As far as location, it doesn't bother me that it's at the gas station. That makes it convenient actually. Regarding the bad customer service I read about in the reviews, that's unacceptable, but not my experience and I don't suggest you leave your clothes anywhere for longer than 30 days. The five stars is for the alterations. I cannot comment on the dry cleaning. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. I would leave them 0 starts if possible. I dropped off my suit and pants to be altered and at that point I was told that the boss would call me to discuss pricing of the work that had to be done (2 holes that needed patches). I dropped these items off on a Wednesday and was told that I should hear from said boss by Friday the latest. Well I didn't. I called them on Monday to check the status of my items and was told I now had to wait until Tuesday to get a response. Still nothing. I finally went in today to pick up my items and bring to a respectable tailor as I need them for Sunday. As I expressed my frustration, they told me they "don't deal with customers like you." All I asked was for them to respect my time and if they couldn't do the job, to tell me so. At least call me on Friday to give me an update that my suit has not been touched yet so that I can take it to a professional tailor. Don't let their name fool you, these guys are far from elite. read more
