It didn't say that at all on the text they sent me. Anyway, ok, whatever, I'll just do a walk in. Asked how much for a one time walk in and the girl, with a straight face, said $51. For a one time visit walk in when 4 days ago it would have been free? Ok, humor me, what's the next level down bed price? $10 cheaper. No freaking way! What makes me so mad is that there are 4 other tanning places 10 minutes down the street that are a third of this price, but I came here for the free visit, which was a complete waste of gas, and because they are open later and no where else was open at the time i could go. I dont care who make your beds, or if you are corporate, how about either put an expire date on a gift you give away on your website so as to not waste people's time, or honor it because i am not a mind reader on your marketing team goals and rules, or lower the freaking price! Anyways, after the appointment I scheduled a fill in appointment 2 weeks out on August 5. About a week prior to that fill-in, I messaged Crystal asking if she has another day available that week. She responded that she didn't have anything for the entire month of August. So was I was supposed to get my fill-in on the 5th of August and then not have another appointment until September...? How am I supposed to keep them looking good? For those that don't know, you're supposed to get them filled in every 2 weeks, maybe 3 if you absolutely have to. I'm posting today on the 30th, about a week and a half after my initial full set, and my lashes are already in desperate need of a fill in. Why did she volunteer her services if she didn't have the availability to take care of me as a customer long term? I posted screenshots of our conversation. It just feels like she took my money for vacation or to pad her pockets with no intention of being able to keep up with fill ins every 2 weeks. If you have the type of schedule that allows you to book multiple appointments out for 2-3 months- Crystal is your girl! But if you need any type of appointment or time alteration, even a week and a half out, don't come to Envy.

I chose the natural look. She let me choose the length of the lashes, but I was clueless so I let her use her professional expertise to decide. Overall I am very happy with the lashes and service. They are a tad bit longer than I like but I've had them for about 2 weeks now and have experienced very little shedding. They are the most lightweight and comfortable lashes I have ever worn. I actually couldn't feel the lashes at all, there was no transition period. I highly recommend Crystal and I will be a repeat customer when in the area.

Ron takes great care of the place... the beds are all properly maintained, new bulbs are installed on a regular basis, and all the beds are sanitized between customers. Washcloths and goggles are provided in all the lit beds, and he also has a Mystic airbrush tan for those who want a sunless tan. He is knowledgeable of new products, how to get the best tan possible, and will let you try out different beds in the store to see which one you like best and what works best for your skin. Ron has never let me burn, so I trust him with choosing the perfect amount of time for me when I start my tanning in the spring. The prices are competitive to the other salons in the area, and Ron always runs great specials which make him have the lowest prices in town! She looked at my skin tone and determined that the level 1 spray would be the best fit for me. There are three levels for color options. She tells you where and how to stand, so that you can get a full body tan with no spots missed and no streaking.
