Holy cow this place really loves themselves! Got a free one time visit off their website, but when I went to use it, I was told it was no longer valid because the month was over. It didn't say that at all on the text they sent me. Anyway, ok, whatever, I'll just do a walk in. Asked how much for a one time walk in and the girl, with a straight face, said $51. For a one time visit walk in when 4 days ago it would have been free? Ok, humor me, what's the next level down bed price? $10 cheaper. No freaking way! What makes me so mad is that there are 4 other tanning places 10 minutes down the street that are a third of this price, but I came here for the free visit, which was a complete waste of gas, and because they are open later and no where else was open at the time i could go. I dont care who make your beds, or if you are corporate, how about either put an expire date on a gift you give away on your website so as to not waste people's time, or honor it because i am not a mind reader on your marketing team goals and rules, or lower the freaking price! Sad how greedy businesses are sometimes. Get over yourself, Palm Beach Tan. Even if you do have the best beds, I'll never know because I'd never pay half a bill just to tan one freaking time. read more

This salon has so many issues, where do I start... 1) Do not spray tan here in the Versa. I got back-to-back sinus infections after spraying here. Do they clean? 2) Billing: DO NOT sign anything. They think nothing is cancellable, and will lie to you if you try to cancel. 3) RUDE. The manager at this location is a whiny and disrespectful, as is the "customer service" person that you reach when you call the 800 number to complain. Perhaps you'all are too young to have learned respect and that the customer is always right. You lost 2 good customers today over $32.95. I am following up with upper management. read more

Convenient. Pricing often unclear for adding extras. Happy with sprays. Rather expensive unless you have a membership.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. The girl working today was extremely rude, answered every question with one word and was on her cell phone the entire time. When I asked for assistance in the spray tan area, she walked right past me and said "I don't know, try the wipes". She then proceeded to sit on the floor behind the counter on her cell phone and rolled her eyes when I asked another question. I am still in disbelief at how unprofessional and rude this experience was. I had no idea how to work the machine, and couldn't hear any of the instructions over the sound of the sprayer. Palm Beach Tan is the best tanning salon in Peachtree City. Customer service is professional and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile (they have on masks, but I can see their smiling eyes). I had my credit card compromised and had to be issued a new card. When I went in, they charged me $20 fee because my card didn't process through when billed, even though I was NOT past due. Not good. Cancelled and won't be back. read more

I had a coupon that I found out wasn't valid, but the manager, Emily Jolly, honored the coupon and did everything she could to make it right.
