From what I personally observed, employees were often spoken to in ways that seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. I watched young employees become stressed and upset, and I noticed several new employees disappear after only a short time. That gave me the impression that the workplace has a high turnover and isn't a positive environment. It also appeared that some employees were treated differently than others. As a customer, I also felt like the main priority was making money. The prices are very expensive, and calling it a "wellness" salon feels misleading to me. Other than red light therapy, it mostly seemed like a regular tanning salon with premium pricing. I've also had interactions with employees who came across as rude, which only added to the negative experience. I'd rather support businesses that value both their employees and their customers. Based on everything I've experienced and observed, I won't be returning...

I never thought I could be comfortable while getting the ​hair ripped out of my skin. I am not your waxing, gal, that said, after nearly shaving off my eyebrows - I wandered into KMH. It was such a luxurious experience. From the beautifully clean interior, the soft music, the fresh smell, and Kim's tranquil presence. I literally NEVER maintain​ a legit waxing routine​ but just going to Kim's felt like such a treat - a moment of pure self-indulgence. I continued to go. And boy did my eyebrows grow back into a beautiful shape. And you know what else, I really liked. This is going to sound petty, but there is someone out there that will feel me: She never pressured me for more. She never said, "girl, your arms...may need a little something...or you know I also do...xyxyx." So often I get super paranoid going into wellness spaces​ because there always seems to be an "add on" - and often I leave with either an extra service or​ a new insecurity. Tried calling while I was in the lobby to see if someone would answer or come up front and it went to voicemail. If they are short staffed there should at minimum be some type of sign posted at the front desk to explain it or do not have walk ins welcome posted on the front door. Will be taking my business to another facility.
