I bought the wrong size hinges & I misplaced the receipt. They had to get manager approval for the exchange. Waited patiently up front for the manager to come up for 10 minutes . He obviously had more important things to do . After 5 more minutes I walked towards the back to locate the manager myself and located him in the back stockroom be very condescending towards his employees and he was NOT discreet about it. Getting his attention, I was met with attitude. SIMON ...was his name and he's not very good at his job . I knew I had to do my part and try and fix it ,before we bought a new one . After some research and some very helpful you tube videos . I started searching for parts stores and stumbled upon ADCO. I gave them a call and spoke with I believe Tim was his name . He was very helpful and knowledgeable . And even offered to test some of the fuses for me , which I thought was awesome.thanks Tim! We found it had two fuses that went bad . After a good cleaning on the inside of the dryer and the fuse replacement . The Dryer was as good as new . All for under $100 including a voltage meter (bought elsewhere) . ADCO thank you for having a friendly and knowledgeable team ! You guys are awesome .
