From the beginning to the end everyone was always focused on making sure I was satisfied. Denis came up with a great color scheme for the full house siding replacement. Showed us several rendering options. Changed our mind a couple of times and it was not a problem. Came back to our house to make sure the colors matched as I requested. Max kept me informed about timelines and supplies, always checking to make sure I was happy and following up on everything. But, what I was so HAPPY, SATISFIED AND IMPRESSED was the installation crew. Igor and the crew were awesome. Didn't unnecessarily rush the job or drag their feet. They knew what they were doing, demonstrating their skill and experience. The meticulous attention to detail impressed me greatly. Fortunately for me, they discovered areas that needed replacement due to original construction flaws. They were replaced and flashing installed correctly to prevent any further water damage. Extensive joint sealing and caulking done throughout whole house. Complete replacement of any hangings and devices were performed by them. Guttering was also replaced with high quality seamless siding. The downspouts drain into my unique drainage system and the connections were designed and crafted by the installer on the spot. Great job well done. Cleanup and haul off performed immediately. So many more details I could mention. Im usually not one to write reviews, especially in detail. Im also very particular and hard to please. I just want as close as possible to perfection. I have been so throughly pleased throughout the whole process!!! I was also in the process of having another highly recommended deck railing company bid my replacement, but I canceled them and decided have the deck railing replaced by US QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. It seems in today's world so many people never even show up. Nextdoor is really the most amazing place to go for referrals, everyone just jumps in to help each other. I hired Kelvyn Mason, owner of MASON WORX LLC. He is on next door also. He has an A+ BBB rating. Where do I begin? I posted on nextdoor looking for referrals as I wanted to have a slanted flat patio roof replaced and built. I set up appointments and met 11 different people. I should say also that 9 individuals never returned my phone call. It's definitely a different world today that's for sure. I knew after 5 minutes of meeting him and going over my ideas and plans that I would be hiring Mason Worx. Rarely and I mean rarely do I ever get that kind of a feeling when I'm interviewing companies for something that I want done. Kelvyn came across in our visit like someone I had known my whole life, like a friend. He wasn't pushy or arrogant or watching his phone. He focused on me and what I had to say. Some of the other people I met I cannot say that about. I hired him and his crew and let me tell you my slanted patio roof is awesome and he was able to build this within MY budget. I told him what I wanted to spend and he made it possible. I was so impressed beyond belief that I showed him two other projects next on my list and asked him to bid them out and we discussed the details of the work. I gladly gave those two jobs also to them. Very very very happy and satisfied. MASON - WORX does all things construction and repair, all painting interior and exterior, roofing, electrical, tile, windows, flooring. I really don't think there's anything that they don't do. I know they have built barns even. They are priced much much lower than other companies, it's not about bankrupting someone it's about HELPING someone. That just speaks volumes to me of the character. From now on, Kelvyn Mason will be the one person I refer to everybody for everything. When I was meeting companies for this project I was amazed at how overpriced some of them were. Up to almost double what I paid. One contractor I interviewed had just under a $50,000 complaint against him at the BBB. It seems they took people's money up front and then didn't do the work. I think it's kind of ballsy to assume that a homeowner is not going to check these things after they interview. In today's world everyone has to be careful the scams are on every single street corner. I'm telling you, no matter what you're looking for call MASON-WORX , kelvyn Mason is the owner and have them come and look at your situation. You will find the first thing out of Kelvyn's mouth won't be the cost it will be different solutions to your problem with options, not just one way, with some astronomical expense.
