I reached out to Center Park twice with proof (once by phone the same day, once by email), but never received any response. That lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since I own a business right across the street and had planned to use this garage regularly. The reality is, there are two other garages on the same block that cost only a few dollars more, and they don't put customers through this kind of hassle. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected.
