The car was in their ccc and such they are responsible. The car had to be reprogrammed which cost over $1000 for the key. To anyone who is thinking about utilizing the services of this company, RUN the other way. If they damage your car, they will not pay.

I reached out to Center Park twice with proof (once by phone the same day, once by email), but never received any response. That lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since I own a business right across the street and had planned to use this garage regularly. The reality is, there are two other garages on the same block that cost only a few dollars more, and they don't put customers through this kind of hassle. I didn't know what do as I don't have AAA and was already running late to the event. They checked my car and I had a spare. They then told me not to worry and to go inside, enjoy the party and they'd change it for me--I agreed and thought that was extremely nice of them and unexpected. I had came back out about an hour later to check and they had indeed changed my tire!
