I reached out to Center Park twice with proof (once by phone the same day, once by email), but never received any response. That lack of accountability is disappointing, especially since I own a business right across the street and had planned to use this garage regularly. The reality is, there are two other garages on the same block that cost only a few dollars more, and they don't put customers through this kind of hassle.
