    Hey guys check this out. I went to our fellow yelpers for help in the rough and found this gem. I walked in and met Nathan and he greeted me with a smile, introduced himself and checked out my computer. HERE'S THE KICKER: He could of worked me and been dishonest. He said, "Let me check out your computer." He further said that I might not have to check it in. I was thinking to myself what a honest guy if this is so. Sure enough BOOM..... Just like that I am ready to go without the overpriced service I was scared of. Thank you Nathan for great service and honesty. You have earned my business from here on out.

    Awesome service and quick turnaround! My out of warranty MacBook Pro decided to contort when the battery started rapidly expanding and blew out the track pad. I called Apple Support and they said it would take two weeks to get an appointment. The day of my Apple Store appointment I had to wait for 3 hours to have the darn thing checked. The Genius's at the Apple Store wanted a King's Ransom to replace the battery, track pad and various other checks. They also said it could take up to two weeks because something is in back-order. I did a quick Yelp search and found a nearby independent repair shop. I emailed pictures and a description of the problem to EliteMac Techs and they responded back in less than 5 minutes with an estimate and said they could do it in a day. I'm very happy with the work and pricing and am happy to recommend EliteMac to anyone frustrated with Apple's lack of customer service. Thanks to Nathan for saving my computer.

    FAKE NON-OEM Parts I am stunned, the reviews must be fake. I came in to replace my Macbook Pro 2015 screen since it was cracked. Please note the store is open only M-F from 10-6pm and the repair takes ~4-6 hours to complete. I use my laptop for work, therefore I am somewhat limited to work during the repair times. It turns out that they gave me a faulty screen. I then had to then return a 2nd time to redo the entire process (4-6 hours out of my day and had limited access to work). To my surprise, the 2nd screen they gave was also defective! The screen glitches and the borders are corroding and bleeding into the main part of the screen (Please see pictures). I was very unhappy. I called in and they asked me to come in for a 3rd THIRD time to replace the screen. Can you believe that? What kind of low quality shop is this? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY with this company. Reviews must be fake.

    My Macbook Pro randomly just shut off on me and started getting stuck on rebooting, so I decided to take it to Nathan at EliteMacTechs. I took another Macbook Pro to him before last year and he was able to fix the board (it was a logic board issue along with the GPU glitch). This time however he couldn't fix my current Macbook Pro but it's to no fault of his. My Macbook Pro was on it's last legs anyway but what I really appreciate was that Nathan took the time to try and fix it. It took about 2 weeks but it's the effort he took that stood out to me. I also notice that he added some screws on my Macbook back plate since it was missing some. I didn't get charged for anything so the expertise and quality of service he provided is by far amazing. I would recommend him as your go to person if you have any issues with your Apple product. He also sells Macbook Pros as well if you're interested in buying.

    I put a sticker to cover up the horrible scratches that I got from repairing my macbook here. Here are the pics from the scratched screen too. All I got was a lousy -$10 off and now Nathan is denying I even took my computer there. I remember walking straight up the stairs on Ventura Blvd. where I talked to some guy with long hair. Why can't they just live up their worth, man up to mistakes, and honor a discount. Bad customer service!
