I've been coming here every month for about 18 months now. This place is the real deal for waxing! I have a monthly subscription where I get a discounted rate for unlimited Brazilian waxes. I end up going once a month but still saving $15 vs paying full price for each wax. I see Ashley here and I LOVE her. She is so good and so FAST and it's *almost* painless. I'm usually in and out in 15 minutes (includes undressing/dress time). You can't beat that. You can book online for convenience. This place is clean AF. It looks very sterile. Went here for waxing services for months, my waxologist was amazing. However, I contacted them several times through email and calls to cancel my membership without any response. Been calling over 2 months and have yet to talk to a "manager" or the front desk about the cancelled service and refunds. Have had to go through the bank and they have yet to get into contact with them either. What was a simple problem is now escalated into a bigger deal. Odd question, have you ever almost fallen asleep during a wax? Specifically a Brazilian? I don't mean to sound weird but the Brazilians here are so nice. I've always had Elizabeth as my waxologist and she's truly an expert. I've been burned before (literally) during a wax but here she makes sure that everything is to YOUR comfort. I don't know what's in their lotion (magic perhaps?) but you don't feel a single thing. Like, I'm actually looking forward for a Brazilian, can most people say that? It's super comfortable and they get EVERYTHING. The entire place has a modern decor with comfort in mind (hello, does your wax place have complimentary tampons in the bathroom and wipes to make sure you get EVERYTHING?!). It's super clean and organized, heck even the bathroom smells nice. Anyways, SUPER love this place and the staff is sooo nice. read more

I was a member but my person that I trusted to do my waxing quit and no one called me ahead of timevto inform me that Ravelle had quit. So I canceled my membership and continued to call to speak with Manager on several occasions and Emily would tell me she's not there and only she can cancel my membership. So I called my credit card company since I wasn't getting any resolution to my complaint and canceled my credit card they had on file for my membership. Now I'm filing fraud against them, with my bank, because they used my debit card that I used to purchase products for my membership which I didn't give them permission to use! This is bad business practice and very unprofessional conduct. I do not recommend them at all!! read more

Great new addition to this shopping center. Parking is super easy and I like that you don't have to deal with the craziness of the North Hills area. I've been in twice now and they have a buy one get one free offer for new clients. My second brow wax was free and you can't really beat that! Both ladies I have worked with have been great. On my most recent visit I had Maria. She took the time to ensure my eyebrows were perfect and did not rush through the service at all. I've been able to call ahead and score an appointment at that time, they also have easy online booking if you want to plan ahead a bit more. Well, my husband research the "lunchbox" and found they had great reviews and I trust my husband so I went along with it! I received my first wax with "lunchbox" last week and I can say this has been the worst experience ever. I don't often give bad reviews but I have been blistering up for 4 days and the young lady sold me a solution that's was suppose to help with not bumping/blistering up WRONG!!! The solution in a deodorant bottle is useless and a total rip off. I am not impressed at all and will not return for my"free" wax with the BOGO we purchased. I have been getting waxed for years and never bump/blistered up EVER!!! I had extremely high hopes for a great smooth wax! read more
