I had taken my wife to this place and on 1st visit they were good and mentioned there 4 cavities…read moreand 1 is major and 3 are minor and i scheduled another appointment for tooth filling which had major decay and needed filling immediately but they did work on minor 1st and scheduled the second appointment to work on major and in the 2nd appointment some other doctor did the work and she worked on 2 teeth but not the one which had major decay and when asked they start telling that it may require root canal and when i asked her how she worked on the tooth which was not given in estimate, she mentioned that she saw cavities so worked on it... so they just never go on what estimates they give. its just a rip off of money and then when i question the senior doctor, he responded with i was on vacation so nothing can be done and account manager was like i will refund the money for working on wrong tooth. when i asked ok as you guys have made mistake work on the tooth which had major decay for free, she was like ok, we will work on it for free but it it requires root canal you would have to pay for it and it would cost $900. So basically its a rip-off. I would never go back to this place nor recommend anyone.

My son is on a busy tight schedule with certain dental plan restrictions to work with. Robin went above and beyond to try to accommodate his situation. She even tried to work it out that he could get his x-rays started the same day we called, to get his teeth fixed faster. She was so courteous and understanding, that we like this place before even meeting them in person. We tried others that were closer, and they dismissed us within minutes even when we offered to pay with a credit card, or cash, if the dental plan wouldn't work! It says a lot when the person on the entrance desk is that willing to work with a new client and their personal situation. On that I will give the Burton Dental Care Office a 4. It would be a 5 but we haven't actually even been there yet. It will be soon, thanks to Robin.

Visited Dr Grbach today as I thought I lost a filling but I had actually broken the tooth. Well…read moreneedless to say that same old fear took over. Dr. Grbach numbed the area where the tooth was. That was painless! Then I figured the drilling would take forever but it was over quickly. I sat there waiting to shoot out of the chair with pain. It never happened! Had I found Dr.Grbach years ago I would not have been petrified to go to the dentist. I'm so happy to have found him and recommend him to everyone, but especially to those who are afraid of the dentist. Dr.Grbach is wonderful and so is his staff.

I went to Kristina Wolf to be evaluated for possible Tmj issues. She created fear by saying if I…read moredon't buy her appliances I will get worse. I self paid a lot $$$ for her two-phase treatment: a daytime appliance worn for several months alongside a mandibular advancement device (MAD) at night. I trusted the process because they said it would "treat my TMJ," improve my jaw position, and prevent future problems. Unfortunately, this approach ended up creating new issues I never had before. The daytime appliance changed my bite, and the MAD put my jaw in a forward position that irritated my joint and muscles. After stopping treatment, it took months for my jaw and bite to settle again. I know have a severe occlusion. I later learned that this day-appliance MAD protocol is not standard TMJ care and is not recommended by most orofacial pain specialists or TMJ-focused clinicians. A MAD is typically used for sleep apnea, not treating displaced discs or TMJ disorders. None of this was clearly explained to me before starting. I also was never tested for sleep apnea. I wish I had been told the risks, alternatives, and the fact that this method is not evidence-based for TMJ treatment. I also wish the focus had been on conservative care rather than multiple appliances that ultimately made my symptoms worse. I'm sharing this so others can do their research, ask detailed questions, and get a second opinion from a true TMJ specialist before committing to this type of protocol

Just do your own research and make a smart decision before giving any doctor your money. Quick tip for the people at the practice. If you want to sell a $7k mouthpiece, don't try to trick people into it. Just be honest.
