I got my teeth cleaned today, and the dental tech (Teaha) was fantastic. She was very professional and careful with my cleaning. It was very gentle, which hasn't always been the case before. Ive been a patient for many years. I started when the office was located down the street on 260th. At that time the staff was extremely professional and competent. However, since moving to the current location the service has progressively gotten worst! My last visit was my last straw! When I entered the office there were about 4-5 staff members at the front desk expressing their dislike for another staff member. Shortly thereafter I was called back and my Xrays were taken by Leslie. She seemed pleasant and professional until I she took me into the room and I was left there for 20 minutes. Another girl noticed I was sitting there and asked me what was going on. I explained Leslie indicated she was coming back. She advised that Leslie had left to pick up her son without letting anyone know that I was even there. She apologized and said the dentist would be in to see me. As a waited on the dentist I could hear the staff as they carried on in distasteful conversations unrelated to work. I'm certain the other patients could hear as well. Apparently it was the dentist first day because I could hear the staff asking him his name. When he replied Dr. Ye some of the staff began to mock it and laugh. I heard one person compare it to a song and others laughed. It was obvious he was embarrassed because he wasn't laughing and was just silent. Eventually the dentist came in and completed my exam and advised that I would to have my tooth filled. He seemed a bit thrown off by how was just treated minutes before. Either way he numbed my mouth for the procedure. Honestly I don't believe I was given enough medicine because when the other person filled my tooth it was very painful. I'be had fillings done on the past and never have they been painful. Not to mention a month later I'm still experiencing discomfort in that tooth and unable to chew on that side of my month. I believe that it was not done correctly. Especially given all of the distraction and unprofessionalism that took place during my visit! Since I've been trying to call their office about my tooth however they don't answer nor returns my voicemail. I've decided thats it best that I receive care elsewhere. read more

Was not aware of specifics with insurance, which would be my fault until my card was looked at and scanned and I was still not notified of any issue or that my insurance wasn't accepted. Came out of my appointment to find out I had to pay out of pocket for an exam I never would've received had I been told "hey, just looked at your card and we actually don't even accept your insurance". Was told in office that the person was new and didn't know, and that this sometimes happens with other plans as well(when I asked what to say in the future to avoid this). Was told on the phone that the people in office don't know what insurance they take. Knowing what insurance they take seems like something someone scanning and inputting insurance cards should know, but apparently not. read more

Dr. did some work &did not tell me the charges and billed me through email. Not covered by insurance. He definitely should have mentioned work was NOT COVERED by my insurance when we were discussing the other things I had mentioned I was worried about not being able to afford while sitting in the chair at said visit! Dr. Kay, Annette and entire staff in Euclid are true professionals, I felt comfortable from the time I walked in until I left. This is by far the most unscrupulous company I've ever dealt with in my entire life! My husband and I have very good dental insurance, and my husband had been going to them for care. Long story short, he has had thousands of dollars worth of dental care, and we have paid whatever our insurance didn't cover; at one point he had a credit with them. I get an explanation of benefits and all his services are denied and then I get a bill from Hudec wanting payment in full. I go over my explanation of benefits and find out that they charge my husband as a new patient gave him all these unnecessary x-rays( he already had done) so of course our insurance would not pay for these repetitive x-rays. As he's not a new patient, so I have been going around and around and around with these people. I was told that they would remove the charges. I get a bill last Friday for the same date of service no explanation that we already told them we weren't paying because of their billing error for $29 . It's not even about the $29. It's the audacity of that bill. They blatantly tried to overcharge us and now they are just sending out random bills. I called and spoke to the office manager who was supposed to call me back in 48 hours that never happened. She could not tell me what this charge is for and had the nerve to say, just pay it and if it's our error will refund you the money. Are you out of your freaking mind? I know we don't owe you anything. I'm never going to pay you anything. Anybody who is a current patient; I would go over all your explanation of benefits because you've probably been overcharged. If you're a new patient or thinking about going to them, I wouldn't! They are shady and borderline criminal. I will pull my own teeth before I go to any of their locations !!! They are literally trying to extort money that they are not owed! Shame on you Hudec Dental!!! I give them two thumbs down and the finger! read more

I have had the most wonderful and painless experience twice with Dr.Katharotiya(Dr.K). He performed an extraction with supreme expertise both times. My first appointment at Hudec Dental was a couple months back and the staff there was very welcoming and friendly. I explained to them how nervous I was and they reassured me that I was in good hands. Dr.K did an outstanding job. I didn't feel a thing at all. What I liked the most about Dr.K was he kept asking me was I ok and was I feeling any pain. That made me feel like he really cared. I give Dr.K and his staff 5 stars read more

AVOID Hudec Dental !!! Terrible company !!! My wife had a very bad experience with Hudec Dental in Euclid, OH. They overcharged her, made excuses that they had an old fee schedule, said they do not cover lab fees, which they later admitted they do cover lab fees at the 25% discount, did not quote her prices before the procedure to get a new crown. They also said they do not do root canals on molars and referred her to a special dentist 45 minutes away that did not even offer the Ameriplan discount. She came in for my appointment to get a crown and paid the fee they quoted. When she was in the chair with novocaine already they said she owed another $1000 before they could continue. She felt pressured to pay it and thought she could negotiate later to get the right price when she had her paperwork in front of her. When she tried to get them to review the fee, they told her they needed to contact corporate and it took 2 months for them to admit they made a mistake, but only gave her $48 off. She did not even get a 25% discount. The Ameriplan representative tried to help her, but the Hudec corporate office would never return her calls, and she started calling them directly as well every week. Very disappointed. We suggest you avoid this company. There are many great dental companies in the area that do not cause such aggravation and costly expense. P.S. Dr Yarovitsky is just plain wonderful! I have been dealing with poor dentistry for a long time and now swapped to here and I don't want to leave. I had a root canal done on my birthday but my tech and the doc made me feel so much better. Anytime I felt pain everything was stopped and I was given something to numb that area and a few minute break. My tech, Jacinda, asked me quite often if I was okay and kept touching my shoulder in support. Being a healthcare personel I know how much a simple touch can help. Tina was wonderful also! Was scheduled for 9 am informed to arrive at 8:45 to fill out new patient information. Finally at 9:41 I was escorted to x-ray. No sorry for the wait and no friendliness from the staff. If I were late oh the outrage and the charges I would have recieved. Since I am a medicaid recipient my time and dignity are of no consideration. I do not recommend anyone anyone use the services provided but Hudec Dental. As of this posting it id 9:56 am an i still as of yet have not seen hide or hair of an actual dentist read more

By far this has been the worst experience at a dental office ever. I certainly will not be back. It's sad that's as patients are in the lobby they are all chatting about the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dissatisfaction with dental work. If I had any other choice I would not be back here to have the work that was completed just last week completed all over again. The wait time (every time) is absolutely ridiculous! Especially after months of trying to get in for a teeth cleaning!

Went to have my teeth x-rayed checked and cleaned in approximately April of 2016. Went for three weeks to have the my fillings done and when I was finish wanted to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. At the time they told me the hygienist had just quit and to give them about a month and to call back and to reschedule my cleaning when they get a new hygienist trained. That was in April of 2016 it is today August of 2017 and I still have been unable to get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I have called numerous times to try to reschedule it and have been told by the poor receptionist that they can only look up appointments two weeks out. I find it very sad and pathetic that in this day and age of computers, Hudec Dental cannot schedule Beyond a two week period. If any dental business is that busy, I would expect them to at least be capable of scheduling appointments passed a two-weeks. I would wait six months to get my appointment...i can unserstand that...just pathetic! read more

Okay...anxiety level went way down after meeting the entire staff at Hudec Dental in Euclid. I avoided dentists for years because of bad experiences in the past. I hope to be able to copy the prior comment because I am leaning toward dentures. Lena did a great job getting my x-rays, and Neela (sp) was so nice explaining my options. Since my last visit Hudec Dental has definitely redeemed themselves. They sought to resolve all issues prefessionally and promtly since my last visit. Although I love Dr. Yarovitsky, I was very unhappy with my last visit today. I called because I was running late for my 1:00 appt and they made me aware that there was a 10 minute grace period which I made at 1:08. When I got there, I still had to wait 20 minutes to be called back. When I was finally brought back, I found out that my favorite Hygienist Nick no longer works there. I was so disappointed but of course there was nothing I could do about that so a new lady cleaned my teeth. It was the worst cleaning I've ever had. It wasn't entirely her fault though. She was so rushed because the office was behind schedule. The hygienist had to take her own films. She had no assistant. I couldn't believe it. Im a dental assistant of 11 yrs so I know how an office should run. No hygienist should have to work entirely by themselves especially in a busy corporate office, maybe in a private office setting with less patients but not Hudec... Anyway, However, I have braces and I felt like I should have gotten a better cleaning even though they were running behind. Prophy paste was splashing everywhere, she didn't use the prophy cup on each individual tooth, just glided it across them to get done faster and I never got a thorough rinse or suction which she kept pulling out of my mouth before I could spit, and she barely had any interaction with me as a patient. On my way out, the front desk girl was very impersonal and dry. I asked her if I owed anything and she seemed irritated that I asked her. Just an all around disappointing visit. I'll give them one more chance my next 6 mo. appt and if it's bad then I'm switching offices. read more
