From the very first message, Fred was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and accommodating. He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, and his communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Before our session, he sent tips on how to prepare, which helped us feel at ease and ready for the day. When Fred came to our home, he was absolutely wonderful with Parker. His patience, kindness, and genuine love for animals shined through in every interaction. He made the experience feel natural and comfortable, capturing Parker's personality so perfectly. We especially appreciated that he included us in several photos. A few weeks later, we attended the reveal of our images and were completely blown away. Luckily, I saw a photography package by Kelly Cammerota featured at an auction. I viewed her website, and saw she had done some wonderful work with other families, in a style similar to what I envisioned. I also liked that she was based in Newton. When we first got in touch, she had some wonderful suggestions, and asked some good questions about our preferences to get a better sense of what we were looking for. Showing her photos others had taken of us that we liked also helped. :) She was accommodating of our schedule. We settled on an outdoor shoot in Auburndale, and Kelly was very easy to work with. She knew lots of tricks for getting our young one to focus and also show off their personality. We were delighted when we saw the images that were the result of her work and look forward to future sessions. Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers. When I got there, no one really explained how anything worked. In the video I saw, they showed her how to connect to Bluetooth so she could play music, which is something I think most people would want, but no one told me that. I only found out later after asking. I originally booked the full-body room, but the camera angle was really unflattering. I'm tall, and it honestly felt like the setup was meant for someone much shorter. They tried adjusting the camera a bit, but it didn't help. When they came back in, I asked about music and they gave me the WiFi info then. The frustrating part is that the time they spent helping me with the camera and music was taken out of my session time. After that, they told me I only had a few minutes left, which didn't feel fair since those were things they should've explained at the start. I ended up switching to a headshot room because I was so unhappy with the full-body photos. The angle was better, but the colors in the photos looked really off. My nude lipstick and pink blush both came out looking orange and my skin toned pink and strange. There wasn't any option to adjust lighting or edit anything, so I was stuck with it. I think the idea of this place is great, but it definitely needs improvement.
