When I got there, no one really explained how anything worked. In the video I saw, they showed her how to connect to Bluetooth so she could play music, which is something I think most people would want, but no one told me that. I only found out later after asking. I originally booked the full-body room, but the camera angle was really unflattering. I'm tall, and it honestly felt like the setup was meant for someone much shorter. They tried adjusting the camera a bit, but it didn't help. When they came back in, I asked about music and they gave me the WiFi info then. The frustrating part is that the time they spent helping me with the camera and music was taken out of my session time. After that, they told me I only had a few minutes left, which didn't feel fair since those were things they should've explained at the start. I ended up switching to a headshot room because I was so unhappy with the full-body photos. The angle was better, but the colors in the photos looked really off. My nude lipstick and pink blush both came out looking orange and my skin toned pink and strange. There wasn't any option to adjust lighting or edit anything, so I was stuck with it. I think the idea of this place is great, but it definitely needs improvement.

From the very first message, Fred was incredibly responsive, compassionate, and accommodating. Before our session, he sent tips on how to prepare, which helped us feel at ease and ready for the day. When Fred came to our home, he was absolutely wonderful with Parker.
