Doctor came in and noticed the loose tooth and asked if they could " just remove it and get it over with". I agreed thinking it was no big deal and wouldn't cost anything, and that is how they perceived with the question. Doctor to a paper towel and removed the tooth with zero evert and zero pain to my child. Weeks later a bill came in the mail with an over $200 dollar balance for a tooth extraction fee. I was going to pull that tooth my self in the coming days and not worry about anything, but the Dentist sounded like he should pull it to make things easier during the cleaning. Just watch out with this place, they will charge you for every little thing, we have been fighting this for years now and they are threating to send us to collections over pulling a very loose tooth with a paper towel. Going to the dentist can be overwhelming with a toddler. My son does not let anyone beside his parents brush his teeth. We were able to sing songs before opening his mouth to check his teeth. Took a few songs, but it worked out. I just want him to be familiar with opening mouth and brushing teeth with other people besides us. The workers in the front were lovely and helpful checking us in. The office is on the second floor and there's a slide you can come down that leads to the first floor. That's very catchy and enjoyable for the kids. My son loves to look at the fishes in the office as well. Thank you Dr. K!

The waiting room here is wonderful! There are toys and video games. My daughter wants to go to the dentist just for the waiting room lol. Everything in the office is colorful, nice and clean, and just plain fun! Most of the assistants here are the best with children that I've ever seen! There was one assistant in particular (that I noticed) who seemed to be trying hard to be good with kids but she obviously did not have children of her own so she lacked confidence but nonetheless, she was competent in her job and WAS trying. We saw two different dentists during our visits. They were excellent! Friendly, bright, and comforting for my child! They worked quickly and explained all the tools to my daughter in a way that made them fun and non intimidating. They really made her feel very special for being there! After the children are done with their appointment they get a prize and a sticker and the nurses at the front desk don't mind if the kids want to play in the waiting room for a little bit before they leave. I'll recommend this pediatric dentistry office to anyone.

He looks forward to playing with the toys in the waiting room and riding up and down on the "magic chair." The staff gives him a sense of control by letting him choose which sunglasses to wear (there's a bright light), what color toothbrush, which flavor toothpaste, etc...
