My friend and I called Saturday morning to see if we could come "right now" for 2 manis and pedis. They said yes! We were stoked because that was no notice for a lot of time to spend on us. We went in and it was our first visit here. Very impressed with the atmosphere, everything looked clean and new and it was peaceful. Staff was friendly. They have drinks available for customers (coffee, water, Capri-Sun, lol). We started on what would be just a standard pedicure but we happily accepted an upgrade to a lavender pedicure.. felt very nice, our tools were from sealed and sterilized package (autoclave? score!!) but lasted like an hour and a half - brochure says 45 mins. Once we got to our nails my friend and I both decided to get a gel top coat -- we had regular paint but they offered on their list of services a gel top coat for $5.. I usually get gels but I loved the OPI color I picked so we went with the topcoat. Sounded like a good idea. One of the staff warned me the topcoat doesn't last like regular gel but I went with it anyways.. We left the salon spending over $100 between the two of us. My friend was unimpressed with her paint job and said she could have done better herself. Mine looked great but literally less than 12 hours later my paint chipped off and now looks awful. I really wanted to give this place another chance but really? Less than 12 hours? Turns out gel doesn't bind to regular polish well because it can't dry the same. Go figure. Had to have them fixed two days later because they looked horrendous. read more

My first Yelp review gets 5 stars for Elizabeth Nails. Extraordinary! I was new to the area and had been to several nail salons that I would classify as "ordinary". One holiday weekend 2 years ago I wanted a quick manicure for a special event. Both salons on the corner were closed. I drove around but to no avail, they were all closed. Just as I had given up, I turned the corner and - voila. Elizabeth Nails. OPEN sign lit up. They were booked with established clientele, but they would fit me in and pointed me to FREE Keurig coffee and tea and a refrigerator filled with cold beverages and water. It was like discovering gold in the California Gold Rush. The only thing "ordinary" about Elizabeth Nails were the prices. This year my sister treated me to a mani/pedi there for my birthday, along with 2 friends. Having been informed that it was my birthday, the staff tied balloons to the pedicure chairs and treated us all like royalty. I can say that whether I have the really cute young man with 5 years experience, the awesome professional, Kim, who is fast and efficient with 17 years experience, the kind older woman, or the awesome princess, Katie herself, Elizabeth Nails never fails to exceed expectations. I enjoy coming to this nail salon for many reasons. They are very clean. They use new tools every time I receive a mani/pedi, and they use plastic liners in there massage chair pedicure tubs, on top of cleaning the tubs themselves. Their wax room is also very clean and inviting. I also like that the staff is very friendly and talented. They always do an excellent job on my nails. I have never left here once disappointed, and that is why I will continue to come here. I also like that they offer many different types of pedicures that you can receive with different prices. I just tried their chocolate pedicure was well worth the $40.00. If this is not in your budget they do offer other reasonably priced packages that you can choose from, and never have they once pressured me to try the more expensive packages. If you would like a more private experience, they also have a private room with two massage chair pedicure stations and flat screen TV all for just you and one other. Walked in with my 6 year old daughter to get pedicures. We were helped right away and luckily didn't have to wait. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was very clean. This was my daughters first pedicure and they did a great job with her. They made sure we were both seated comfortably in the massage chairs and did not rush the pedicure. Nice enough nail spot. Clean and neat, quiet relaxing music. I got the lavender pedicure ($30) which states includes 15 minute massage, I timed it because I've been here several times now and it's always quick, I ended up with a 6 minute massage. The lady doing my feet said it was 15 minutes. So if your looking for the massage (which I always am) don't pay extra and be disappointed. Like getting my nails done at this establishment, clean and a nice atmosphere. Scheduled a 1200 appointment however when I arrived they already had 2 others waiting for 1200 appointments and all 3 ladies were busy with pedicures. I waited 30 minutes and was directed to the pedi chair. I waited to see if someone would at least roll my pant legs to allow me to soak my feet, no assistance offered. No problem, however when I'm done I will suggest that they not overbook and if you want your customer to assist themselves in doing their pedicure, let them know. read more

I have been there a few times for pedi and mani. I do like that they take their time and they dont heard you like cattle as some places do. However, they do need to spend some time cleaning things that customers don't see but do use. Like the bathroom doors and walls. Your business should be clean all the time. Lee can have a aggressive way about her at times, However I have never felt unwanted. They do need more help on hand for walk ins though. This place is great. I used to come here a few times back in 2013 but recently have come back to see just how great this place is. Every pedicure chair is lined with plastic lining and they bring our a fresh set of pedicure tools in sealed bags. That is my idea of sanitary! The place stays fairly busy but the past three times I've called and they've been able to take me as I was already on my way. She has an amazing collection of colors all Arranged in a nice display by the door and all Of her staff members are very friendly. Additionally, she has a menu where you can pick which pedicure/manicure you want. The chocolate pedicure is amazing and will make you want to go buy some chocolate! I highly recommend it. read more

I have had my nails done for over 20 years and my usual person retired. I went to Elizabeth nails and was very happy the first time. Went for a fill and they had a new person doing nails which lifted and just looked awful. I requested no new people. I am not paying food money for people to practice on me. Did a flawless gel manicure. Only complaint was that they didn't have a very good selection of gel colors to choose from.

My shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks without chipping or breaking. A miracle. I'll be back.

I went in for a pedi and the colors I kept picking didn't have them. So I asked the guy which colors they did have and replied, "blue." So I said fine do the blue. He was very rude and did a terrible job. I could see the other color from my last pedicure and totally ignored me when I requested to see the colors. When it was time to pay he said' "I'll see you in a year." He charged me $40 for a terrible job. I am never going back there. They don't even deserve a star. read more

I had visited this salon a number of years ago when Lani worked there. I have not been there since she left. I thought I would give this local business a try. Pedicure was fair. I also had a pink and white fill. The owner immediately had an attitude when she did my nails. I mentioned that a couple of my nails appeared to be shaped crooked. OMG wrong thing to say. She got very angry when I brought this to her attention"You look at all your nails and make sure they are not crooked" I told her that I had looked at them and they were fine. She picked up my hand and said you look again. BEEEOTCH. She's lucky I paid for the service. They then had me walk across their dirty floor after my pedicure so she could apply the gel to my nails. I've been coming here for about a year now and every time I come they do an absolutely amazing job! They always are super professional and relatable. I had done both appointments and walk ins and every time they always are able to get me in quickly, even if they are a little bit on the busier side. Definitely cannot complain. It was my first time to this nail salon and I'm very skeptical about having pedi done due to sanitation of many nail salons but I will be coming to this place from now on. It's such a cute and sanitary salon plus great service, the technicians are very friendly and they make sure that you're happy with their service. It's hard to find this exceptional service at other neighbor nail salons (with my personal experiences). I would highly recommend to everyone to check this salon out. Today my Mom and I went to Elizabeth Nails and I was so impressed that I decided to do my FIRST Yelp review ever! I will start by saying that I called a couple times in anticipation for a Mother/Daughter date in the VIP/Private Pedicure room before the shop was open, and to my surprise, I received a phone call back without ever leaving a message. After making an appointment and going in, we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the girls were. In fact, Katie, went above and beyond what was expected of her. The VIP room was awesome, wonderful pedicures, the chairs were amazing and we had an overall wonderful experience. The BEST part of our experience was the cleanliness of the tools that were used. I couldn't help but notice the tools were sterilized with an autoclave, and opened up out of a package as if we were going to the dentist.
