I have been to this business at least 2 other times for mani- pedi, they were polite and professional. My gel polish and fill was acceptable. However this last time i went for nail refill and i was less than satisfied. My nails were cracking and the fill they used caused my nail to come off, I believe the powder fill they used was too thick. I have never had a nail crack off, the way this one did. I went back to show the owner what happened and she went back and forth with me, and told me of after 3 days or more past , they are not responsible. I'm disappointed and upset with the customer service and quality of their work. I got my nails done with Mai. All I wanted was simple French tip nails that weren't even long and she had the audacity to charge me $60? She wasn't welcoming nor did she say a word to me throughout the entire process. Usually, other places would ask if you're okay with the color or the shape of the French tip... Not a single peep from her. I also got a basic pedicure by the lady with bangs and a ponytail. Her leg massage hurt a lot! She put so much pressure on me that I felt like I was getting abused. She BARELY shaped my toenails. If that was the case, I would have just done it myself. Paid no attention to detail whatsoever. The cherry on top was the fact that I understand their language! :) They were nothing but nosey and liked to talk about others. My friend who is a male got his toes painted and they made it seem like it was such a bad thing to get done? Almost as if it was an inconvenience. They talked amongst themselves asking if he was my boyfriend. Why should it matter??? My nails lasted 2 weeks exactly, and my thumb popped off from opening a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer! I paid $85 for nothing. I'm never coming back. I hope they learn to not speak in Vietnamese about their clients, because it's nothing but RUDE and disrespectful. I was pleasantly surprised at the treatment and the prices this shop offers. I had been going to another shop in the same neighborhood for the last four years but was unhappy with the service I was getting once they reopened after Covid. So I decided to try this shop out and Lily did not disappoint. She was quiet and thorough and charged me less than the other shop. She honored my appointment time and didn't pressure me to get any extra services so I decided to try out their pedicures which was standard but relaxing because there weren't a lot of people going in and out of the shop. I came in yesterday for the first time, I got a recommendation from my friends who are regular customers. I scheduled an appointment at 3pm with AIDEN I showed up around 250 & he was there readily available to help me! He had me take a seat immediately which was awesome especially since I had plans afterwards. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and he asked me if I wanted them exactly like the picture or a bit darker, I appreciate that he asked that way I got exactly what I wanted! He did my nails in about 45 min they came out FLAWLESS in total for my acrylic gel full set with holographic powder + a tip I paid $53 a little more than what I am used to but you get what you pay for! My go to place since high school. I've gone to multiple salons around Stockton and this is still my favorite and one of the cheaper places. I always get a French pedicure ($21+$5) and it lasts for months without chipping. They also have a nice inside and nice massage chairs. read more

My friend and I called for an appointment for mani/pedi so that we wouldn't have to wait. When we arrived for the appointment, the women working there barely acknowledged us. After waiting for 10 minutes, one of the women sat me down. Two women were doing other pedis, but another one was just in the back doing who knows what. Yesterday I went in for a fill & a simple white French tip with gel overlay. The NEW owner was so distracted with conversing in her language to coworkers and answering the phone that she nicked my cuticle twice and made me bleed. I came here on 2 different time for gel manicure. Disappointed that both times I came I had to come back because the polish chipped. The first time is chipped I came and and she fixed the nail. But as the days went by the other nails started to do the same thing. I decided to give them another try and here we are again 2 days later my nail is chipped. I've been going here for about 3 years now to get my pedicure and manicure and my 5 year old goes with me sometimes to get a pedicure as well. Everyone loves her because she's a character. I recently had a bad experience with the owner Adan because he was sooo rude! Everyone is familiar with my daughter there so as I was getting a pedicure she wanted to use the bathroom so she went in and came out. Well about 45 minutes later as I'm getting a fill and change of color Adan comes over and tells his wife Lily something in their language and Lily translated to me that apparently my daughter clogged the toilet so Adan had to unclog it and I apologized to Lilly and I asked my daughter what happened and she said the napkins to dry her hands are placed above the toilet so as she was grabbing a napkin they kept falling down. I know it was her mistake for not letting me or someone know about it right away. But then where I wanted to flip out was 10 minutes later when Adan comes over and yells at my daughter pointing his finger at her "You clogged the toilet you do that everytime Your not allowed to use the bathroom here anymore" mind you I rarely take my daughter with me because when I get a mani pedi it's my "mommy time" so it's rare when she goes with me. My daughter almost cried as he yelled at her and Lilly and the lady that was doing my nails looked at me shocked and Lily told her husband something in their language and she looked at my daughter and said "It's ok sweety it was an accident" and I told Lily that's not right. First time going to this place. My sister referred me to go. I was asked what shape I wanted I said coffin. She used coffin shaped nails on me and after her putting me on before she did anything else I told her I didn't like them. She stated this is what I asked for. I stated I understand but I wasn't aware that you would be using coffin shaped nails and they didn't look how my usual coffin nails do. Btw this is before the acrylic. She said again so you don't like them I said no I don't like this coffin shape. She then threw my hand back at me and told me I can go somewhere else. I then turned to the lady that had me acting as if she was in charge and asked her is how she allows her employees to speak and treat a customer she told me that her employee was not wrong and has a right to refuse service. I don't get my nails done often. But my experience here with the $40 royal pedicure was really great. Fresh fruits, oils and fragrances are placed in the water reservoir. Wax, scrubs, hot stones, accupressure and a leg massage which lasted like 25 minutes. No pressure for anything more than what I asked and conversation that wasn't overwhelming. Truly relaxing.
