I asked for it with the meat heated up, which they did on the griddle. The meat was sliced thin and tender. The combination of flavors was beautiful, and I was glad I trusted their idea (tomato and onion seem kind of strange when put with pastrami and corned beef - but you can't argue with results. Serendipity stop. I thought I was taking one crosscut through to another road. I lucked into the wrong crosscut. It was amazing!

The sandwich comes on a hard roll that was actually soft and tasty. The sandwich was mostly bread, though. The burrito was warm and had egg, salsa, cheese and sour cream. It did the job and was hefty. IWe tried the house made roast beef and that was juicy and fresh! The deviled eggs were fresh and had a mild mustard flavor. They carry a full deli case of boars head meats and cold salads. I would come back and give their pizzas and sandwiches a shot, but for now, I was underwhelmed by the breakfast and would likely visit another local cafe or restaurant in the future. I'll add that the staff was very friendly and that weighs in on my over all impression. They also had a few places to sit outside if you came for lunch or on a warm morning.

I always am leery of saran wrapped cookies that are out on display because its impossible to know if there are actually fresh. The giant stacks of cookies were too enticing to pass up on. The chocolate cookie we purchased was definitely not fresh at all. $3.29 down the tubes - lesson on saran wrapped cookies learned (again). Carrot cake whoopie pie and original whoopie pie - both tasty, but the cake was too thick for my personal liking. We sat in the small outdoor seating area to eat. This was a nice little reprieve from the car ride.
