We have been here numerous times and usually had a good experience. But, today we ordered 3 slices to go. The woman who put the order together piled three slices right on top of each other, all mashed together one on top of the other, nothing to separate them, in the same box. Who does that? We called and complained and the person who claimed to be the manager rather than apologize, makes excuses about how they didn't have enough to go boxes. Hey idiots, use more than one box rather than cram three slices piled on top of each other. Obviously, this place is run by idiots now.Used to he one of my favorite place. I'm very disappointed and irritated by this most recent experience. I ordered 3 slices to go. I happen to notice the young woman behind the counter was being very sloppy, how she handled the pizza slices as she placed them in the oven and thought it was unusual but didn't want to assume the worst. When she handed me the box, I find out she placed the slices on top of one another. WTF!!! In all the decades of ordering pizza anywhere and everywhere, I have never seen this before! My level of annoyance at the sheer stupidity was at an all time high. How unprofessional and disrespectful, just shows how lazy and pathetic some people are and there is no excuse for this nonsense. I didn't have time to deal with this. I have hungry kids in the car waiting. And to make matters worse, we later called to complain to the "manager" and she didn't seem to think anything of it. She too used a lame excuse saying their boxes are too small for three slices... so basically saying it's okay to ruin the food. Two brothers, you need a new manager and a new person behind your counter. We have been long time customers and unfortunately we will not be returning anytime soon! Shame on you! I ordered a chicken parmigiana sub here today . i've ordered here before the same thing and noticed that when i open up the foil all the mozzarella sticks to foil and it's hard to remove.May i suggest you spray the aluminum with a vegetable spray so the cheese stays on the sub. otherwise the sandwich was good.. Although I've been inside this Two Brothers Pizza (pre-pandemic) in the past on various occasions, when I ordered a pizza through the phone directly from them for delivery to my home address about 10 minutes away (because $1 delivery fee (which won't break the bank) + price of pizza) I thought "Where will this place go wrong when the delivery price is so cheap?" Although the phone call went as standard placing the order of just the pizza and requesting information as to price - and even asking them to subtotal after we started giving out some payment details, the delivery was a little ill-timed. I realize that deliveries sometimes encounter times where the delivery person has more than one order to deliver, but my mother (who was the actual person "paying" for the order, as I was only her communicator) wasn't having any of it given a 10 minute time when it already elapsed over 45-60 minutes when she called and was told they are on their way I thought okay. I mean: there's no app showing me where they are (like all the pizza competitors in the area on big business delivery services like UberEats and DoorDash). That extra phone call could've been avoided had they said that they had other deliveries. When they got to my address shortly thereafter (just shy of 90 minutes from placing the original call), they asked for me to step out, not only to get the pizza but to sign a "receipt" - requesting a pen that I had inside (though this delivery person came with a pen, prepared), he handed me the pizzas, I said thank you then he headed back to his car (it seemed like a personal car) and vroomed off. I mean, differences aside, this place is somewhat worth it, and a single-dollar delivery fee just can't be beaten. But maybe tweaking your delivery information to the customer could be an informative way to make an informed decision. Even if the operator would've said "There are other deliveries coming out with yours and will be there shortly," we would've known that they recognize us as being customers. read more

Just ordered a Cesar salad with black olives. Received it hot, croutons are soft like baked bread pieces. Salad didn't need teeth to eat. Horrible. We have been ordering from here for a few years. As the food was always good and prices were very reasonable and they deliver! The last 4 times we have ordered has been pretty crappy! They forget things, the quality of food has greatly decreased I would say by about 70%. While we are aware of covid hurting restaurants I would think they would work hard to keep what has been their loyal customers. read more

Me and my husband use to give this place business every week. We stopped because not only was their food seemingly getting worse by the order but we started to have consent issues with not getting everything we ordered. We would have to call back and they would always drive out missing food but who wants to go through that on more than several occasions? Not a good way to treat repeat customers. This place is mediocre at best. I stop by for a slice once in a while. However, today, mid-pandemic, I stopped by to get a couple of slices. There was a man standing at the counter, a customer, with no mask on at all. He was only a few feet from other customers who were standing a social distance away from each other. When it was my turn to order I asked the woman at the front counter why they let someone in without a mask. She said "well we don't have a sign up at the front of a door stating that customers must wear masks." I'm sorry, but right now we are under a state mandate that people should not be in any public place without masks. It is totally irresponsible of them to ignore this. And when I finally got to pick up my two slice order, I noticed that the gentleman who was heating up the slices and putting pizza in the oven had his mask underneath his nose.
