Best gym in the area. A blend of cross fit, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and conditioning. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. It has a great family vibe and everyone helps everyone out. I've been to several other gyms in the area and will never leave this one.

No communication at all, not even by email. I called the gym on 5/6/2026 and spoke with one of the front desk associates who walked me through requesting membership cancellation on the Crunch app. I asked clarifying questions to make sure that I was paying any necessary dues to ensure a smooth termination. I was told by the associate that all I was responsible for was the dues for June, which she said would get deducted as it normally does. The month of June came and instead of getting deducted on the day it normally does (as I was told), it got taken out on the first, which was not a big deal; however, then I started getting emails about owing additional dues. I initially thought the email was a scam since the email address was not a Crunch email, so I called the gym once again on 6/11/2026 and spoke with the general manager, Jennifer. I explained the situation and she seemed empathetic. She told me she would speak with membership services to have my dues waived and would confirm with me directly by giving me a call back the next day. It is now 6/21/2026, nine days after I was promised a callback, and this issue has not been resolved. I am receiving ongoing harassing emails. I suggest avoiding membership at this gym. It has not been a smooth termination process at all.

As I workout I see the workers wiping down machines and checking for trash around the gym. I also love how they offer towels to members here. The front desk is also great at remembering members names and greeting them. They are always so welcoming and are very nice. The main inconvenience I have had here is they take a long time to fix broken machines.. way longer than other gyms I have been too. I see there's a lot of reviews saying the same thing so hopefully Laguna Creek Sports Club can work on that! The location of this gym is also nice because parking is never a problem. At other gyms I have been to, parking would be a pain sometimes because the gym would be in a shopping plaza.. which limited the parking for gym members. Laguna Creek Sports club is tucked away in a neighborhood and has plenty of parking, even when they have their big tennis events.

I'm very disappointed with how this club treats its swim team members…read more Although we pay both membership fees and swim team fees, swimmers are not allowed to use club towels, spa facilities, or the adult locker room, even when children are accompanied by adults and under supervision. Meanwhile, these amenities are available to other members. This creates a clear sense of inconsistent and unfair treatment toward a specific group of paying members. What is particularly frustrating is that these rules and differences in treatment were not clearly explained at the time of joining or during the sign-up process. Members are not made aware in advance that swimmers may be treated differently or have more restricted access compared to other members. There have also been repeated instances where a female parent has entered the boys' locker room many many times, which raises additional concerns about how locker room access rules are being enforced and managed. I have raised these issues with management, but they have not been addressed in a transparent or satisfactory way. If you are considering joining with children in the swim team, I would strongly recommend asking very specific questions about facility access and how policies are applied before committing.

A New Favorite Club in the Area!…read more I finished work today and thought, "Let me see what the closest 24 Hour Fitness is around here." Turns out, this location was literally a 4-minute drive away, so of course I had to check it out! I've been wanting to get a feel for some of the different clubs anyway, and I'm glad I did. First off, the location is nice, the entry setup is pretty interesting, and the staff were friendly right from the start. But what really stood out to me was how clean this place was. Like... actually clean. I'm usually not someone who changes in the locker room because I'm always thinking about cleanliness and whether I want my clothes touching everything, but I felt comfortable enough here to actually change and get ready without worrying about it. The equipment was in really good shape, and there was a great amount of equipment available, which I really appreciate. Nothing is more annoying than going to a gym, seeing the one machine you need occupied, and realizing you're about to stand there for 20 minutes waiting. Here, there was enough gear to move around and keep my workout going without feeling like I was fighting everybody for a machine. And then, just to make the visit even better, I randomly ran into an old coworker! That definitely made the whole experience even more fun and unexpected. Overall, this was a really good first impression. Clean, friendly, good equipment, good atmosphere, and plenty of space to get your workout in. I came in just wanting to try out a different club and left already knowing I'll be back the next time I'm in the area. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a solid place to get your workout in. Thank you guys for what you do! I'll definitely be back!

It's a decent-sized facility with a good amount of equipment, but the cleanliness is a major issue. Unfortunately, the gym is often very dirty. It's not uncommon to see bodily fluids or residue left on equipment, and many members don't seem to follow basic gym etiquette like wiping things down after use. At a certain point, it feels like the environment has gotten so unclean that people stop caring about maintaining it. One of the biggest differences compared to the gym across the street is the upkeep. Staff there are constantly cleaning--wiping down machines, vacuuming, and maintaining the restrooms. Members have gym etiquette. Here, it often feels like grime just builds up over time. The restrooms in particular can smell like mold, and there's frequently hair and debris around. Overall, while the size and equipment are decent, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it hard to recommend.

Not here! Coaches JB, Jojo, Kendall, and Kai all know you by name here and treat you like family from the get go. I have tried losing weight so many times in the past, to the point where I did really unhealthy things for years to try to get the number on the scale to go down. Then, a few months after I started at this gym, they proposed the challenge to lose 20 pounds in six weeks. I had never lost that much weight ever, let alone in six weeks, but given that I'd already lost 10 pounds since starting at the gym from diet and exercise, I figured it'd be worth a shot. It was HARD. A lifestyle change through and through. Going to the gym 4-5 times a week, getting 10K steps minimum a day, and eating so clean were things I was not used to. But they were with me every step of the way checking on me and my progress. And in the end, I lost 26 pounds in 6 weeks!! I've never been prouder of myself, and I am so thankful to this gym for their support. I think if there's anything that I'd change about this challenge, I would have liked for there to be another metric besides weight that could be used to track progress and constitute a "success" for the challenge. I say this because I saw some of the other people at the gym doing the challenge that were obviously losing inches all over their bodies but were still stressed out because the number on the scale was not reflecting the progress they were seeing. So maybe for future challenges, if there's a way to make it like "20 pounds or X amount of inches lost in six weeks" I think that'd be good. Just a suggestion though! All things considered, the people I spoke to that were stressed about the number were still able to push through and make it in the end. Thank you guys so much for changing my life. I appreciate it more than you know
