At first we weren't sure how long the repair would take. They were incredibly friendly and let us hang out at an empty campsite and use outlets to charge our devices. We offered to pay, but they didn't charge us. Unfortunately, our RV wasn't fixed that day, so we ended up getting it back and staying the night (which we then paid for). The sites are full hookup. Most have trees. It wasn't super crowded so we had space between us and the other people there. They have a $4 Good Sam discount. We spent the whole next afternoon hanging out at the site while our RV continued with its repairs. They have bathrooms which are nice. They public room has fruit and pastries in the morning. I was happy that they have signs saying masks are required in the building. Unfortunately, none of the staff wear masks in the building though which frustrated me. Overall, they were very nice and helped us out here though.

When we arrived Mrs. Woods was at the front office waiting, very welcoming and super nice, this was way easier than booking online just good old fashion phone call. I would definitely recommend this park to stay, it is quiet, clean and mainly James and Mrs. Woods made us feel welcome. Oh and the night it's very quiet after 10 PM because there is absolutely no cars passing by. It really is a very nice park. We stayed here for an overnight stay traveling on I-40 West heading to NM. So glad we stayed here. They have laundry, a dog park, basketball court. The grass was always cut and trees were trimmed. if there was any issue they would take care of it immediately. The rates were comparable to other nearby locations. They have city water, sewage , trash and electricity. The city can be a little hard to manage at times but that is no reflection on Nancy or Randy. We will be reserving a spot if we every get work in the area again! I highly recommend this location & the owners are top notch!
