At first we weren't sure how long the repair would take. They were incredibly friendly and let us hang out at an empty campsite and use outlets to charge our devices. We offered to pay, but they didn't charge us. Unfortunately, our RV wasn't fixed that day, so we ended up getting it back and staying the night (which we then paid for). The sites are full hookup. Most have trees. It wasn't super crowded so we had space between us and the other people there. They have a $4 Good Sam discount. We spent the whole next afternoon hanging out at the site while our RV continued with its repairs. They have bathrooms which are nice. They public room has fruit and pastries in the morning. I was happy that they have signs saying masks are required in the building. Unfortunately, none of the staff wear masks in the building though which frustrated me. Overall, they were very nice and helped us out here though.

Then after a couple of days the lady knocks on the door and states oh I'm sorry but you need to move I told you the wrong spot and this is after a major storm rolled through for two days straight. The ground was saturated and would have had us stuck in the mud if we did as she was saying. The lady then got pissed and demanded we move out. Then people we know said she talked about us to everyone. We paid our rent and never caused any problems and this is how she does business. Go to either Route 66 rv park in Elk City but hard to get an open spot. Please please avoid this lady and her freak show of an Rv park.

The grass was always cut and trees were trimmed. if there was any issue they would take care of it immediately. The rates were comparable to other nearby locations. They have city water, sewage , trash and electricity. The city can be a little hard to manage at times but that is no reflection on Nancy or Randy. We will be reserving a spot if we every get work in the area again! I highly recommend this location & the owners are top notch!
