We are here in Bozeman working for a couple of months and I wanted to try noodles. Well, never again in this establishment. My son was the first one to the register and when the guy FINALLY got around to taking his order, I told him we were all together and I would pay for it. He just rang up my son's order and walked off and went behind the cooking line. He never returned, never took my son's money, only handed him a cup for soda. There were three employees cooking, no one seemed to want to take our order. There were probably 15 people waiting for food, a lot of food was sitting up on the table to be given to the various people the whole time we were there, after nearly a half hour, no one took our order or delivered the food that was made. We just walked out. We won't be back. I would never call it fast food, you might call it wait all day food.  It was horrible. I would hate to try the food after the slovenly look of the employees anyway. You should just close this store. The menu looks so good, but don't know if I could ever try it anywhere else. I certainly won't be back here, ever. You need serious management here and fast. I guess this is just your tax write-off, because you can't be making any money here. If you're craving pasta without any of the frills then this is the place! I'm only giving three stars just because there aren't a lot of vegan/vegetarian options although there are a couple. I got the pesto pasta and it was really good. Nothing special but warm, comforting and lots of pesto. Table was sticky, dining area was filthy, dirty dishes piled high and never saw an employee come out to wipe down tables, clear dishes, etc. It took almost 30 minutes to receive our food. My wife ordered the Mediterranean salad and it arrived with no olives, cucumbers, or feta cheese - just lettuce and tomatoes. The employee said, "I should have told you we are out of several items". I had to remind them that we also ordered a small salad and they eventually brought out a large salade. There are plenty of other places to eat in town if you are hungry. read more

I didn't get the parm chic on my rigatoni pasta, and had mushrooms when I requested to hold the mushrooms. I love Noodles & Company because they have vegan options for many of their offerings. The store in Bozeman was clean and quiet, and the service friendly and fast. I got the featured dish, orange chicken lo mein, substituting tofu for the chicken, and it was delicious and substantial. The young lady that took our order was very polite. Took our order correctly. We were served in a timely manner. I had the Lemon Shrimp Scampi. It had thick linguine noodles and shrimp and marinated artichoke hearts and spinach and sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan. Served with a large lemon wedge. Excellent recipe and taste. Decided to try this location again after disappointing service a long time ago. As soon as I walked in the cashier was wiping her eyes and nose as she was putting lids on the pasta. Then she went to help the make line, without washing her hands and her hair was down and over the food. We showed up on a friday afternoon. It seemed as if they had just fired the person who was cleaning tables. Stuff was everywhere. The food was as expected no surprises. What was a surprise was that half of the family got sick later that night, and we didnt eat anywhere else pretty much all day. I was up sick until 5:30am and it was the case with others in the house. Background: I have seen the Noodles and Co. franchise in many various YouTube videos and have been DYING to try it. My dad and I went tonight (opening week) and I got the regular sized Wisconsin Macaroni and Cheese and he got the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken. Our total was 18.95 with two drinks and our food. Pros: -Beautiful interior -Friendly staff who delivers food to your table and routinely come back to check and make sure everything's going smoothly -Extremely fast service, especially for just opening! 5 minutes was all. -Varying menu with wholesome ingredients -Reasonable prices -Family friendly -lots of seating -Penne Rosa was amazing! Cons: -First thing I saw was a short black hair on top of my dish. I don't freak out about that sort of thing so I just tossed that bite in the trash. However, a lady near me accidentally got the wrong meat on hers and they quickly cooked her a new meal and comped it so I'm sure if I would have "complained" it wouldn't have been a problem -Macaroni and Cheese can easily be skipped. It's dry flavorless and basic -Grilled Chicken was mediocre -Both dishes could use more seasoning which they conveniently provided next to the soda machine -Table was not thoroughly cleaned -Cashier was semi clueless Overall: I definitely will go back because I am fairly pleased with their service for just opening but I will NOT be ordering the same dish, instead I would really like to try the Pad Thai!
