Decided to try this location again after disappointing service a long time ago. As soon as I walked in the cashier was wiping her eyes and nose as she was putting lids on the pasta. Then she went to help the make line, without washing her hands and her hair was down and over the food. I got the featured dish, orange chicken lo mein, substituting tofu for the chicken, and it was delicious and substantial. We showed up on a friday afternoon. It seemed as if they had just fired the person who was cleaning tables. Stuff was everywhere. The food was as expected no surprises. What was a surprise was that half of the family got sick later that night, and we didnt eat anywhere else pretty much all day. I was up sick until 5:30am and it was the case with others in the house. Cons: -First thing I saw was a short black hair on top of my dish. I don't freak out about that sort of thing so I just tossed that bite in the trash. However, a lady near me accidentally got the wrong meat on hers and they quickly cooked her a new meal and comped it so I'm sure if I would have "complained" it wouldn't have been a problem -Macaroni and Cheese can easily be skipped. Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. We placed our order and had the cook come up to ask about my gluten preference, told me that I needed to explain if it was an allergy or preference. Informed me that it was "my responsibility" to do so. I requested no mushrooms on my pasta as well. Mine was brought to me with mushrooms, at which the server said "gosh darn it". Seems like this happens a lot. They took it back and my pasta came without parmesan. We also ordered the BBQ Mac and Cheese which came out cold, looked and tasted like boxed mac and cheese. Literally the worst Tomato bisque I have ever ate, it was closer to marinara sauce, than a bisque, there was no seasoning whatsoever in it either.
